Originally from Queens, Dr. Eghbali graduated from New York University before earning his dental degree at Stony Brook University. Sliding Fee Scale

LaSante Health Center provides quality medical and dental services to everyone, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and various commercial insurance plans. Insured and uninsured patients may be eligible for discounted rates on a sliding fee scale, based on annual income and family size. Staff are available to assist patients in determining eligibility for participating in the sliding fee scale discount program. Most importantly, no one is denied care due to lack of insurance or inability to pay for services.

Dr. Nath is a New York native. She completed her bachelors in Biology and Psychology at The City College of New York and her Masters in Public Health at SUNY Downstate concentrating in Epidemiology. She then went to Touro College of Dental Medicine to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery and completed her General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center where she received training in all disciplines of dentistry for comprehensive and emergency care to patients of all needs.

Dr. Steven Kalendariov has a true passion for Endodontics, which he discovered during his residency at Woodhull Hospital Medical Center. There, he successfully performed over 100 root canal treatments and retreatments.
