Fatemeh Arabpour, DDS specializes in Endodontics (root canal therapy) she graduated from Ajman University of Science and Technology with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007.
Dr. “Raha” as we know her completed a one year internship program at RAK Dental Center Ministry of Health-Ras Al Khaimeh, United Arab Emirates in 2008. She then went on to The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of University of Southern California Los Angeles receiving her second Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015. Realizing her dream of becoming an Endodonist, Dr. Raha successfully completed the Endodontics Program at University of Southern California becoming a certified specialist in 2017. Dr. Raha’s humanitarian services included providing dental and endodontic procedures in Beliz in 2015 and surgical and endodontic procedures at El Salvador Dental School in 2017. Dr. Raha has been with us since 2019, she has a lovely personality, a gentle touch and patients love and appreciate her sweet chairside manner. We are proud to have her as a member of our team.
Kevin Burns, MD, is an interventional radiologist at Minimally Invasive Medical Group, which has offices in Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and Irvine, California. He holds board certification in interventional radiology and offers specialized care in less invasive, image-led treatments at Providence Mission Hospital and Leonard Cancer Institute. He specializes in genicular artery embolization and genicular nerve ablation for the treatment of conditions such as arthritis pain and frozen shoulder, and as an alternative to surgical procedures such as knee replacement.
Additionally, Dr. Burns excels in techniques such as tumor embolization and ablation for cancer care and also provides relief from pain associated with bone tumors. He's also well-versed in performing kyphoplasty to alleviate pain from spinal fractures, uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization for treating enlarged prostate (BPH), removing blood clots and pulmonary embolisms, venous rebuilding, and IVC filter extraction.
Dr. Burns completed his undergraduate studies in biochemistry and molecular biology at Brown University. He received his medical education at New York University School of Medicine and did his residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He further honed his skills in interventional radiology and oncology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
As a Laguna Niguel native, Dr. Burns is eager to bring his specialized knowledge in less invasive treatments to the community in Southern Orange County.
Farshin Farokhian, DDS, has been practicing dentistry for 15 years and finds great joy in restoring and creating beautiful smiles at Lake Forest Dental Center in Lake Forest, California. He is an expert in full-mouth reconstruction, including providing porcelain veneers and dental implants. He believes in old-fashioned values like integrity, honesty and treating every patient with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Dr. Farokhian received his dental degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors and served as president of his class. Upon graduation, Dr. Farokhian received the Clinical Excellence Award and the Baum Gold Foil Award. Dr. Farokhian is also a former assistant professor in the department of restorative dentistry at Loma Linda University, where he taught all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Farokhian is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society.
When not helping patients, Dr. Farokhian enjoys dining out, attending the theater, walking his dogs — Patron and Moosho — swimming and martial arts.

Dr. Pierce grew up in Green Lake, Wisconsin. He completed his three-year undergraduate education at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduating magna cum laude. He then completed his Doctor in Dental Surgery at Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating with a magna cum laude. Afterward, he attended UCLA School of Dentistry to complete a post-graduate training program in oral maxillofacial surgery.

Tyson Curtis, DDS, is an experienced dentist specializing in endodontics at Vartanian Dental Group in Mission Viejo, California. Dr. Curtis is known for the sincere care that he shows his patients. He is gratified by relieving his patients from pain and saving their natural teeth when they are at risk of oral disease.
Born and raised in southern California, Dr. Curtis attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. Here, he earned his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. Dr. Curtis then went on to graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry in 2004. He completed one year of general practice residency at the West Los Angeles Veteran’s Hospital in 2005 and worked in the general practice of dentistry in Long Beach until 2009.
Dr. Curtis found a passion for endodontics in dental school at UCLA, leading him to seek a specialist education and certification. From 2009 to 2012, Dr. Curtis held a fellowship and endodontics residency at the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.
His joint research project with the director of the post-doctoral program at OHSU involving modern materials and methods in endodontics was published in 2012. Upon receiving his specialist certification, Dr. Curtis returned to Orange County to practice dentistry.
During his free time, Dr. Curtis enjoys many hobbies. He is an avid fisherman and free diver. He stays active by paddle boarding, kayaking, snowboarding, and skiing. He also enjoys playing guitar and piano, drawing, painting, and sculpting.
