To say that dentistry is in Megan Charron's blood wouldn’t be an understatement. Megan became the third generation of Charrons to enter the field when she received her denturist license in August 2015. Megan has been working full-time at Northwest Dental Services & Dental Implant Center in Tacoma and Lakewood, Washington, ever since.
Megan graduated in 2014 from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, with a major in Human Development. Throughout her high school and college career, Megan worked at the family business, honing her skills and learning the family trade.
Megan enjoys continuing the family tradition of helping and serving the community. In her free time, Megan loves to spend time with her cat, Percy.

Dr. Zachary “Dr. Z” Miller is thrilled to be part of Finn Hill Dental. Along with his wife, Alexis—who is from the local area—he chose Kitsap for its welcoming community and beautiful natural surroundings. After most recently living in Sandpoint, Idaho, they are happy to be back near family while continuing to enjoy the charm of small-town life.
Dr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California. Known for his gentle approach and friendly demeanor, Dr. Z focuses on making every patient feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Dr. Jinsam Kwon, DDS is an experienced dentist based in Puyallup, Washington, dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2004, and has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years.
Dr. Kwon provides comprehensive dental care with a gentle, patient-focused approach. He takes time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure every patient feels comfortable throughout their visit. His clinical interests include preventive care, restorative dentistry, and improving overall oral health through personalized treatment plans.
He is affiliated with MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital and remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in dental care through ongoing education and training.
