He also received advanced training in therapeutic endoscopy, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP).

His work is featured in several peer-reviewed journals, including World Journal of Gastroenterology and The American Journal of Gastroenterology.
