CCC-SLP, I/ECMH-C, BCS-CL, is a board-certified child language specialist, credentialed infant mental health specialist, and owner of Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy, with locations in Palatine, Illinois, Bucktown, Chicago and Kensington, Maryland. She is highly qualified and a leader in her field.
Dr. Grosvenor completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and her doctorate in infant and early childhood development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
Dr. Grosvenor is also a credentialed DIRFloortime® provider. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching courses through the International Council on Development and Learning (ICDL), Profectum, and the Erikson Institute.
She loves the “family feel” culture at Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy, where the thriving nurturing environment drives growth and development for the outstanding therapists, children, and their families. Dr. Grosvenor attributes much of her success to her two beautiful children, who teach her important lessons about child development and parenting.

Ilja Faibussowitsch, M.D., is a pulmonologist, specializing in critical care and sleep problems. He is currently a diplomat of the American Boards of Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. Fluent in Fluent in Russian, German, and English, Dr. Faibussowitsch enjoys traveling when he is not seeing patients. His primary objective is to pursue clinical practice in the field of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
Mukesh Ahluwalia, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist/intensivist and sleep medicine specialist. Since 1999, he’s been treating patients at Respiratory, Critical Care, and Sleep Specialists, which has three offices conveniently located in Des Plaines, Oak Park, and Chicago’s Portage Park in Illinois.
Dr. Ahluwalia earned his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He stayed in New Delhi for his internship, which he completed at the Safdarjung Hospital, but then relocated to Chicago for his internal medicine residency, which he completed at Grant Hospital of Chicago and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, now known as Rush University Medical Center. Before finishing, his program awarded him with a certificate of outstanding teaching to the house staff of medical students.
Dr. Ahluwalia finished his post-graduate training in New York, with a fellowship in pulmonary medicine at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn and a fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Rochester’s Strong Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Ahluwalia is highly skilled in his specialties, and he maintains board-certification in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. He’s a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and his work has been published in the Journal of Bronchology.
Dr. Ahluwalia is skilled in performing all invasive procedures in the fields of pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, and critical care, and he looks forward to utilizing those abilities to help his patients be as healthy and happy as possible.

Michael Favila, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician on the team at Health Solutions. He provides comprehensive care for patients at the practice’s convenient offices in Tinley Park, Illinois, and in Munster, Indiana.
Dr. Favila completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning his Bachelor of Science in microbiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating in 2017.
Following medical school, Dr. Favila completed his residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. He was named Family Medicine Chief Resident in his final year.
At Health Solutions, Dr. Favila provides the full scope of family medicine services, including annual physical exams and the management of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
