HealthFirst is a medical practice that blends the best of traditional and alternative medicine with compassion and genuine concern at their offices in the Greater Denver Area and Cheyenne, Wyoming. Led by holistic medicine physician, Jonathan W. Singer, DO, the team takes care to give each patient his personal attention and dedicates the time needed to get to the cause of complex issues.
Dr. Singer received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in food chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. During that time, he invented an alternative to the food colorant Yellow No. 5, creating a natural option that’s now standard in the food industry.
After graduating with honors from the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Singer was among the first physicians in the United States to become board certified in holistic medicine. The pioneers in this group are acknowledged as the developers of the standard and scientific basis for alternative medicine.
Dr. Singer is board certified in family practice and holistic medicine. He is also board eligible in medical acupuncture, homeopathy, and environmental medicine.
Dr. Singer is actively involved in many professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American College for Advancement in Medicine.
He served as a national delegate to the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Singer is also a past president of the Wyoming Osteopathic Medical Society and a past member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.
Patients come to HealthFirst from almost every state and many locations around the globe to receive help for symptoms and illnesses that other doctors haven’t healed. Countless patients have said how lucky they were to find Dr. Singer because they finally feel healthy and well.
At HealthFirst, Dr. Singer offers natural solutions whenever possible, yet recognizes that medications are sometimes the best option. Examples of natural therapies that the practice uses include injections, neurofeedback, acupuncture, intravenous nutrient infusions, and nutrition counseling. Dr. Singer also has extensive experience in specialized medical approaches such as chelation therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement, ozone therapy, and SuboxoneⓇ treatment for addiction.
HealthFirst is a cash practice that doesn’t participate with insurance providers for a critical reason: Dr. Singer provides the care patients deserve, not what the insurance companies dictate. At HealthFirst, patients receive consistently good, thoughtful, and sound medical care. To schedule an appointment, call one of the offices or schedule an appointment online.
“Dr Singer is the best and only Doctor that works to find the cause rather than treating the symptom. He saved our son's life years ago. Our entire family continues to be healthy and the only Doctor we trust with our health. If you want to learn more about your body and overall health or need help treating a chronic condition then look no further. He is a true knowledgeable professional with extensive years of experience who truly CARES!!”

I am Dr. Janna Gelderman-Moffett (she/her), a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and a North American Menopause Practitioner (NCMP). This uncommon combination allows me to manage complex needs with both an evidence-based and lifestyle medicine approach.
My vision is of a practice that bridges the gaps left unfilled in the traditional medical world. A place that feels welcome, safe, and healing. A staff that helps you navigate the ever confusion world of medical care. A knowledgeable physician who knows you and cares for you with whom you can discuss things and be heard and together you make a shared decision of how to go forward.
As a child of physicians, I grew up believing that everyone deserved individualized health care consisting of a thoughtful provider who delivered the best care supported by sound evidence. I chose to go to osteopathic medical school in favor of a encompassing approach to medicine. The core tenet of osteopathy is that ‘if you take the pressures off the body, the body will heal itself’. I have always felt that medical care should embrace all aspects of our life.
Throughout my medical career, I have tried to make a difference for my team, my colleagues, and most importantly my patients. Having served as Chief of Medicine, I have witnessed firsthand how ineffective and broken the medical system is- full of cumbersome waits, short, hurried visits, and strict insurance limitations. Too often patients feel stranded, and physicians hamstrung with little room to direct effective patient care. Patients wind up unnecessarily in the ER feeling alone, costing themselves and the healthcare system thousands of dollars.
Zephyr Health will bring empowering and thoughtful personalized care into reality. I believe that with a membership model that operates outside of insurance limitations, I can amplify preventative care. Concierge care is for those interested in membership with 24/7 access and unlimited appointments that allow for time to discuss your concerns, past, present, or future. We aim to develop rich and personable relationships that reinforce trust. Outside of membership, we offer same/next-day consultations for chart reviews, urgent medical concerns, women’s health consults, pre-operation physicals, and more.
In addition to excellent care, we will serve as a medical home where all are welcome. Regardless of gender or sexual orientation, everyone is entitled to a provider that prioritizes their wellbeing!
“Dr. Gelderman-Moffett Listened to my symptoms and asked pointed questions to obtain additional information that I did not think to share. Options for treatment were explained in detail to allow for my participation in selecting the “best for me” option. The education she has provided has been in depth and appreciated. ”

The Center for Multisystem Disease in Denver specializes in disorders that affect multiple body systems. These diseases often cause such complex symptoms that patients spend years going from one doctor to the next, without ever obtaining an accurate diagnosis because their problem doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional medical specialty.
Jill Schofield, MD founded the Center for Multisystem Disease to provide comprehensive care to patients with conditions such as dysautonomia, mast cell activation syndrome, antiphospholipid syndrome, Sjögren’s syndrome, and celiac disease. Some of the patients suffering from these disorders also have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome which causes additional struggles. She specializes in immune-mediated disorders that are confounding due to bodywide symptoms, devoting extra time to each patient so she can identify the issues causing their symptoms. She was the recipient of the 2019 Dysautonomia Support Network’s Game Changer Award for her work in the use of IVIG to treat patients with autoimmune forms of dysautonomia.
At the Center for Multisystem Disease, you’ll receive compassionate care that includes not just medication, but support for lifestyle changes that are important for many patients suffering from these disorders. This includes dietary counseling, help with stress reduction, and learning the best ways to exercise to maintain well-being without aggravating your condition.
If you’ve ever felt like no one understands your illness, or worse, if you’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with you or your symptoms are all in your head, you’re not alone. You’ll find a community that welcomes you at the Center for Multisystem Disease. You’ll meet other patients who suffer from the same condition and who understand your struggle.
Your symptoms will never be discounted at the Center for Multisystem Disease. Their goal is to define your underlying disorder or disorders and to provide customized treatment targeted to the root of the problem, rather than just “band-aid” treatments targeted to each symptom. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, call the office or book an intake appointment online.
“After 9 years of searching for help, my son is finally seeing improvement with the help of Dr. Schofield. She is a wealth of information and deals with patients with dysautonomia, which not many doctors seem to know about.
We will always be grateful to Dr. Schofield for being a great listener!”
