Jill Forbes, A-CNP, GS-C is an experienced provider holding an Autonomous Practice license from the Virginia Board of Medicine. She has been a practicing NP since 2005 who provides primary care for ages 14 and up. Her background includes working as a charge nurse in a 28-bed Intensive Care Unit, private internal medicine practice for ten years, skilled nursing, rehab and assisted living facilities.  Jill has a passion for caring for the elderly population and aiding her patients during end-of-life. She is a Certified Gerontological Specialist (GS-C). Her services include providing primary care via Telehealth and in-person to homebound patients and to patients living in assisted living communities. Jill delivers quality and compassionate care to her patients. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Masters Degree in Nursing from the collaborative program of George Mason University and GW School of Medicine.

Melissa Grosvenor, PhD, M.S. CCC-SLP, I/ECMH-C, BCS-CL, is a board-certified child language specialist, credentialed infant mental health specialist, and owner of Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy, with locations in Palatine, Illinois, Bucktown, Chicago and Kensington, Maryland. She is highly qualified and a leader in her field.

Dr. Grosvenor completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and her doctorate in infant and early childhood development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. 

Dr. Grosvenor is also a credentialed DIRFloortime® provider. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching courses through the International Council on Development and Learning (ICDL), Profectum, and the Erikson Institute.

William Condrell, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Condrell Primary Care in Washington, DC, and Bethesda, Maryland. He enjoys being a physician and genuinely looks forward to seeing his patients every day.

Dr. Condrell earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He then graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Master of Science before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After graduating, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center. 

He opened Condrell Primary Care in 1999. Dr. Condrell specializes in acute and urgent care, adolescent medicine, annual physicals, cardiac evaluations, preventative health, sports injuries, and vaccinations. 

Dr. Condrell believes it is most important to get to know his patients and encourages them to ask questions, so he fully understands their needs. He creates a relationship with patients that allows their participation in determining treatment options. Dr. Condrell lives in Warrenton, Virginia, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, cycling, horseback riding, skiing, and doing ceramics. Dr. Dawn Broderick is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for adults in the Montgomery County community. She completed her internal medicine residency and chief residency at the Cleveland Clinic and has practiced in Olney, Maryland, since 1994. In 2010, Dr. Broderick established her concierge internal medicine practice to provide highly personalized, accessible care while allowing the time and attention needed to build lasting relationships with her patients. She especially values getting to know her patients as individuals and partnering with them to maintain their health and navigate medical concerns throughout their different stages of life. Outside of medicine, Dr. Broderick enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering as a dog walker at the local animal shelter, and playing the piano.

George Sopko, MD, MPH, specializes in cardiology and internal medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. At Seven Corners Medical Center in Falls Church, Virginia, Dr. Sopko focuses on integrative care methods to truly understand patient needs, treating the whole person in addition to their presenting symptoms.
