With the backing of my Yoruba Community back in W. Africa, i completed the arduous journey to become a hospitalisT. After 5 years of practice, i realized i was patching chronic wounds. My Patients reflected the crumbling Community-Patient relationship. A brief assessment suggested that the chronic diseases remained chronic also by non-physical factors. Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. At his practice, Okafor Medical Associates, located in Washington, DC, Dr. Okafor offers patients compassionate care for a variety of conditions including chronic disease management, ADHD, and internal medicine concerns as a leading primary care physician.

William Condrell, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Condrell Primary Care in Washington, DC, and Bethesda, Maryland. He enjoys being a physician and genuinely looks forward to seeing his patients every day.

Dr. Condrell earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He then graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Master of Science before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. After graduating, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center. 

He opened Condrell Primary Care in 1999. Dr. Condrell specializes in acute and urgent care, adolescent medicine, annual physicals, cardiac evaluations, preventative health, sports injuries, and vaccinations. 

Dr. Condrell believes it is most important to get to know his patients and encourages them to ask questions, so he fully understands their needs. He creates a relationship with patients that allows their participation in determining treatment options. Dr. Condrell lives in Warrenton, Virginia, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, cycling, horseback riding, skiing, and doing ceramics. Since moving to Maryland in 2010, I have practiced in a number of medical establishments, including Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Ginger Cove Subacute Rehabilitation, and Potomac Physicians. Setting up my own medical practice has finally allowed me to practice medicine in an atmosphere that feels welcoming, caring, and unhurried to my patients. My goals are to provide quality, evidence-based care to my patients in the fields of medical and physical wellness, preventive medicine, nutrition, mental and emotional health, gynecological care, and management of chronic medical conditions. The practice will offer comprehensive physicals, sports physicals, college physicals, annual gynecological exams, preoperative examinations, chronic care visits, follow-up visits, and sick visits.

This year (2019) marks my tenth year of practice as an Allergist. I treat each day as my first - with a fresh set of eyes and ears. No two patients are the same. I listen, we discuss, and we come up with a treatment plan that will work best for you!
