Dr. Rajagopal Reddy joined our practice after relocating from Chicago where he most recently worked at Ascension Hospital and Saint Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center and served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Director of Critical Care. He received his post graduate training in Chicago at Grant Hospital and Illinois Masonic Medical Center after moving to the United States from India after medical school.
Dr. Reddy is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology, and Critical Care Medicine. He has particular interest in coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension and arrhythmias.
He lives in Naples with his wife. In his free time, Dr. Reddy enjoys spending time with family and friends and golfing.

Ryan Houk, MD, provides exceptional cardiac care at Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists, P.A., where he welcomes patients at three offices in Naples, Florida. Along with his expertise in coronary artery disease, chest pain, and heart arrhythmias, including less-common disorders such as supraventricular tachycardia, he has a special interest in echocardiography and nuclear imaging. Dr. Houk is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Houk received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Berkeley, California, then went on to complete a master’s degree at Columbia University in New York City. From there he relocated to Baltimore, where he earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Houk then completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. He continued his education by receiving specialty training in cardiology at the prestigious Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans.

Andrew Yin, MD, joined Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists, P.A., in 2013 and became a partner in 2017. He welcomes patients needing cardiac care at three offices in Naples, Florida. Dr. Yin has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiovascular disease, with specialization in the full range of heart arrhythmias.
Dr. Yin earned his undergraduate degree in molecular biology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After relocating to New York City, he spent two years studying the natural progression of valvular heart disease and received his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York.
He continued his education at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he completed his residency and two fellowships: one in general cardiology and the other in cardiac electrophysiology. His intensive training included all aspects of cardiac arrhythmia management, including electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, atrial fibrillation, pacemakers, and ICD therapies.
Dr. Yin is board certified in cardiac electrophysiology, internal medicine, and cardiovascular diseases, and he’s a Testamur of the National Board of Echocardiography. He has coauthored seven scientific papers, one book chapter, and eight abstracts in the field of cardiovascular diseases.

James V. Talano, MD, MM, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and the founder of SWICFT Cardiology, serving Southwest Florida with locations in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island, Florida. He is recognized internationally in noninvasive cardiology with expertise in cardiovascular care and management.
Dr. Talano is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease (heart disease). He is the clinical director of SWICFT Cardiology and is highly experienced in his field.
He received a medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine (SSOM) in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Talano completed a residency and cardiovascular fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute in Washington DC. He finished his medical training with a clinical fellowship in cardiology at Tufts University Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Talano also holds a master’s degree in management from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois. He is a retired Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Corp.
Dr. Talano is the author of over 150 original articles, chapters, and reviews. He served as the chief of cardiology and lassen professor of medicine at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was also a director of cardiology at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Naples.
Dr. Talano held the position of director of cardiology graphics and chief of clinical cardiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He was a Lester B. Knight professor of medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Lakeside Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Talano maintains his medical credentials with continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association and serves on the Council of Clinical Cardiology.
Dr. Talano was the president of Collier County Medical Society, chairman of the Emergency Medical Services Board for Collier County, and head of the Institutional Review Board for Naples Community Hospital.
