Founder John Alevizos, DO, is a board-certified family practice physician who has a passion for anti-aging medicine. He follows the principles of integrative medicine to combine the most beneficial aspects of conventional and alternative methods, and provide a holistic approach to patient care.
His primary focus is the use of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to address hormone imbalances. After Dr. Hinshaw earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Michigan, he went on to complete his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He headed back to Michigan to finish his obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Hinshaw is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. While Dr. Hinshaw is skilled in preventive care and treating chronic women’s health issues, he has a special interest in hysteroscopy and minimally invasive surgical procedures including endometrial ablation, laparoscopy, and daVinci® robotic surgery.
