William Crevier, MD, is the Medical Director at The Center for Primary Healthcare in Orland Park, Illinois. Dr. Crevier grew up in Vermont. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He’s an advocate for access to care and served as the founding executive director of two Christian community health centers.

Michael Favila, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician on the team at Health Solutions. He provides comprehensive care for patients at the practice’s convenient offices in Tinley Park, Illinois, and in Munster, Indiana.  

Dr. Favila completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning his Bachelor of Science in microbiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating in 2017. 

Following medical school, Dr. Favila completed his residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. He was named Family Medicine Chief Resident in his final year. 

At Health Solutions, Dr. Favila provides the full scope of family medicine services, including annual physical exams and the management of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. In addition to being certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Favila holds a PCSS Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Certification to help patients who are suffering from substance use disorder.

Asima Doriwala, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care to her patients. Dr. Doriwala grew up in Maryland and earned both her bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Maryland

She completed an internal medicine residency in 2014 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL and since then, has been practicing primary care in the Chicagoland area. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Doriwala combines clinical expertise with attentive listening to help patients achieve their best possible health. She is adept at treating a wide variety of acute and chronic medical concerns, and has particular interests in mental health, women’s health, and preventative care.

When not in clinic, Dr. Doriwala enjoys traveling, crochet, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Firas Zakaria is an internal medicine specialist with offices in Palos Heights, Illinois. Dr. Zakaria combines his extensive medical training and skill with a passion for optimizing the health and well-being of every patient. He received his medical degree from the prestigious Damascus University School of Medicine. He completed a residency program in pathology at the University of Damascus and a second residency in internal medicine at Chicago’s Mercy Hospital and Medical Center.
