She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Jones completed her internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Jones chose internal medicine and primary care because of her passion for building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of adult life. Thomas Hong, MD, is an expert internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Windham, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 2003.
Dr. Hong received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and his Doctor of Medicine from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He finished his medical training with a residency at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, and maintains his medical credentials with continuing education. Dr. Hong enjoys helping his patients age 12 and older achieve exceptional health and a better quality of life.

Dr. Rahul Deo, MD, PhD, cardiologist, was born and raised in Canada and earned his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College and PhD in Biophysics from the Rockefeller University. He completed his internal medicine and cardiology training at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts General Hospitals and is faculty at Harvard Medical School. He is a pioneer in applying technology to medicine and strives to ensure all patients have access to excellent cardiac care, regardless of their location.
Dr. Yelyzaveta Prysyazhnyuk is a compassionate and highly trained physician with a strong commitment to advancing mental health care. She brings a rich background in internal medicine and a deep interest in the intersection of physical and mental well-being to her role at Vital Psych MD LLC.
Dr. Prysyazhnyuk completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell NS/LIJ, where she also obtained certifications as a clinician educator and in lifestyle medicine.
