Clara Formusoh, FNB-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner through ANCC. Clara joins Holistic Health and Psychiatry with over 19 years of nursing experience with over 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She looks forward to providing family medicine and primary care services to the community of Arlington, Texas.
Clara obtained her nursing degree from LSUA- Louisiana State University at Alexandria before completing her bachelor's degree at UTA- University of Texas at Arlington while working.
