She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she discovered her passion for women’s health and decided to make it her lifelong focus.
Throughout her education and clinical career, Ania has gained experience in a wide range of women’s health specialties, including urogynecology, maternal-fetal medicine (high-risk pregnancy care), and general obstetrics and gynecology. Her diverse background enables her to support patients through all phases of life, from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.
Originally from upstate New York, Ania relocated to Georgia to pursue her studies and enjoy a break from the cold winters. She’s proud to now serve women in her community with warmth, understanding, and a commitment to holistic care.
When she’s not in the clinic, Ania enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, watching reality TV, and spending time with her beloved dog, Artie.
Dr. Nijah Burris is from Union City, GA, and the oldest of four siblings. Growing up outside the city, she fondly remembers tubing at Lake Lanier, playing volleyball, and spending time with her cousins. Originally, she matriculated at Spelman College to pursue biomedical research, but family tragedies shifted her pursuits to medicine. Dr. Burris graduated from medical school and completed her family medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine. During her journey, she has served as chief resident, performed community-based research on the association between anxiety and epilepsy in African American participants, promoted awareness of psychosocial barriers amongst North African and Middle Easterners in medicine, and volunteered at the HEAL Clinic serving the underserved communities.
Dr. Burris’ areas of interest include preventive medicine, health equity, and community outreach. Lastly in her free time, she enjoys traveling, DIY projects, trying different cultural foods, true crime podcasts, visiting any beach, and hanging out with family and friends. Naima Cheema, MD, is the lead health and beauty doctor at Nexclin Medicine serving Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Atlanta, GA, and the surrounding areas. She is a triple board-certified medical physician who specializes in comprehensive family medicine and nonsurgical natural aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Cheema focuses on the total well-being of her patients by providing expert and compassionate care for both internal health and external beauty. Dr. Cheema earned her medical degree at Fatima Jinnah Medical College for Women, University of Health Sciences Lahore in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. She completed her family medicine residency at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Cheema is board-certified in family medicine, aesthetic medicine, and anti-aging medicine. Aazrum Syed, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Northside Primary Care, Inc, which has locations in Suwanee and Alpharetta, Georgia. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Syed earned her medical degree from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2002. Dr. Syed completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Moore House School of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, which provided her with extensive training in Internal Medicine and complex medical cases.
After completing her residency in 2008, Dr. Syed worked as a hospitalist and later opened her own practice, Northside Primary Care, in 2010, where she has since remained.
