Kumari Iyer, MD is one of the newest providers who joined Magnolia Family Medicine in the summer of 2025. She sees patients at the Cypress location around the Copperfield community at 15322 Copper Grove Blvd, Houston, TX 77095.

Dr. Iyer brings with her a wealth of experience from having worked in different healthcare fields in California and Tennessee, such as emergency medicine, urgent care, hospice and palliative care, and geriatric and outpatient primary care—her personal passion.

Lakshmy V. Ayyar, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group with one office in Cypress and two in Houston, Texas. Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. Dileep Puppala, MD, FCCP, FAASM, is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group, located in Houston and Cypress, Texas. Dr. Puppala is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. He has been in practice for 12 years throughout northwest Houston. 

Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in New York City.
