Dr. Mustafa Moazam is a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist. He graduated from Deccan College Of Medical  Sciences in 2000 and did his residency at Oklahoma University and Fellowship at Akron Children's Hospital. Lakshmy V. Ayyar, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group with one office in Cypress and two in Houston, Texas. Dr. Ayyar is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care, and sleep medicine. Her special interests include pulmonary disease and sleep medicine.

A native of India, Dr. Ayyar’s path to her medical career began at MGM Institute of Health Sciences in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, where she earned her medical degree. She then came to the United States to complete residency training at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. She rounded out her postdoctoral clinical education with a fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Dr. Ayyar enjoys helping her patients at Texas Multi-Specialty Group. When she isn’t practicing medicine, she is active in medical and professional societies, including the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society.

Harman Kular, MD specializes in critical care and pulmonary medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and board eligible in critical care. Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. He believes in providing evidence-based, patient-centered care and has experience with a full spectrum of pulmonary conditions including infectious diseases as well as pleural and lung malignancies. 

Dr. Kular was born and raised in South Texas. He is a proud Houstonian, a faithful Astros fan and a Tex-Mex connoisseur. He lives in Houston with his wife, Sonia, and puppy, Sammy. 

Dileep Puppala, MD, FCCP, FAASM, is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group, located in Houston and Cypress, Texas. Dr. Puppala is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. He has been in practice for 12 years throughout northwest Houston. 

Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in New York City. Following residency, Dr. Puppala completed a sleep fellowship at Sleep and Wake Disorder Center at New York Hospital - Cornell University, and two pulmonary and critical care fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens.

Dr. Puppala has extensive experience in medical leadership. He served as the Medical Director of the medical and surgical intensive care department, the Medical Director of respiratory therapy, and the Chairman of the critical care committee at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. Since 2004, Dr. Puppala has held the position of Medical Director of the sleep disorder center at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center in Harris County, Texas. He is also a member of Infection Control and Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Co-Director of Critical Care Services and Respiratory Therapy Departments, and Co-Chairman of Critical Care Committee at North Cypress Medical Center in Cypress, Texas.

Dr. Puppala remains active in his field and holds memberships with many professional organizations. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. 

Dr. Puppala has special interests in complicated sleep-disordered breathing, narcolepsy, parasomnias, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, interstitial lung diseases, lung cancer, pneumonia, asthma, and more. He performs specialized procedures including bronchoscopy with transbronchial lung biopsies, complicated airway management, percutaneous tracheostomy, chest tube placement, and pulmonary artery catheter placement. He interprets pulmonary function tests, methacholine challenge tests, cardiopulmonary stress tests, diagnostic sleep studies, CPAP titration studies, and multiple sleep latency tests. 

When he’s not working, Dr. Puppala enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include traveling, tennis, reading about world affairs, and cooking.

Paul Allencherril MD has over 39 years of experience in the field of medicine. He provides primary care at his channelview office, Monday through Friday. He also visits his patients at HCA Southeast Houston for continuity of care for his sick patients in the hospital.He completed his residency at capital health affiliated with the university of Maryland in 1995. He is board certified in internal medicine.
