Jokia Williams, M.S. is a doctoral resident in Clinical Psychology at Capella University. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from LeTourneau University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Central Texas.
Ms. Williams has extensive experience conducting structured clinical interviews and telehealth-based mental health evaluations. Under licensed supervision, she develops comprehensive Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) that integrate DSM-5 diagnostic criteria with VA rating guidelines (38 C.F.R. §4.130). Her clinical foundation includes training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based perspectives, and the biopsychosocial model, with additional exposure to standardized assessments such as the MMPI-3, PAI, NEO-PI-3, and SCID-5-CV. As a U.S. Army veteran, Ms. Williams brings a unique depth of empathy and understanding to her work with service members and diverse adult populations.
Dr. Nicholas Plants is proud to serve patients at Oklahoma Foot and Ankle Institute in Del City. He attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, and completed three years of surgical residency in Denver, Colorado and Brooklyn, New York. With a 1 year surgical fellowship in New York City.
Dr. Plants is a Diplomat in Forefoot and Rear foot Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Diplomat in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine from the American Board of Multiple Specialties
Dr. Plants is married with children and enjoys running, yoga, playing disc golf, cycling, and being outdoors. He ran Track and Cross Country for Edmond Memorial High School and the University of Central Oklahoma. As an accomplished runner, Dr. Plants has finished 100 mile and 50 mile Prairie Spirit Trail run the Oklahoma Bombing Memorial Marathon, the Tulsa Route 66 Marathon, as well as several 50K, 25K, and 6hr Ultra Trail runs. Dr. Plants also finished the Hotter ‘N Hell and Santa Fe Century bike rides. He has extensive knowledge in all types of running, running shoe recommendations (barefoot, minimalist and maximalist running), marathon and strength training programs.
