Chicago Center For Women’s Health (CCWH) was founded by Dr. Denise Molina Furlong and has been proudly serving the Chicagoland area for over a decade, including communities such as Bedford Park and Oak Lawn, Illinois. Philip Leung, MD, is a board-certified pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine physician at Midwest Respiratory, Ltd., providing complete respiratory care to adults in Joliet and New Lennox, Illinois.
Dr. Leung brings more than 20 years of experience to the practice. He studied at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong, earning his medical degree.
After graduation, Dr. Leung moved to the United States and completed an internship, residency, and fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He received extensive training in all aspects of pulmonary and sleep disorders.

Mohamad Al-Massalkhi, MD, is a critical care and pulmonary medicine physician at Midwest Respiratory Ltd., which has offices in Joliet and New Lenox, Illinois. He is board-certified in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease medicine, sleep medicine, hospice and palliative care medicine, and internal medicine. He has over 30 years of experience working in the medical field.
Dr. Al-Massalkhi completed medical school at Damascus Medical School in Syria in 1991. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Al-Massalkhi completed his internship at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. He then completed fellowships in critical care and pulmonary sleep medicine at Rosalind Franklin University.
