Dr. De Silva is board certified in Internal Medicine and Bariatric Medicine and extensively trained and certified in Aesthetic Medicine and Federal Aviation Medicine. She attended Colombo Medical School in Sri Lanka, her country of origin, earning a degree in Medicine and Surgery with Honors. She did her residency training in both Internal Medicine and General Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. At her friendly and welcoming office, Dr. Hedyeh M. Golshan has treated many Rialto and San Bernardino county, California residents. A board-certified internist, Dr. Golshan is highly trained in her field and provides a number of different services for patients.

Dr. Golshan studied medicine at the University of Leeds in England, where she earned both a Bachelor of medicine degree and a Bachelor of surgery degree. After finishing medical school, she attended Wayne State University in Michigan to complete her residency in internal medicine. Dr. Javadi was born in Iran and grew up in Houston, Texas.  She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to obtain her Master's from Texas State University.  She received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Albany Medical Center in New York.  

She moved back to Houston to complete her Fellowship in Hepatology at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, where she stayed on as an Attending Physician. 

After moving to Los Angeles in 2006, Dr. Javadi worked as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC).  She subsequently accepted an Assistant Professorship at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine to care for patients with Liver disease, and continued to train Residents and Fellows.  

Dr. Javadi eventually moved back to the Los Angeles area and joined ProDigest Gastroenterology & Hepatology Associates, to continue caring for patients with liver disease.  She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.

Dr. Javadi is dedicated to helping patients with liver disorders, including fatty liver, viral Hepatitis, and management of liver cirrhosis/end-stage liver disease that may require liver transplant evaluation.  Her detailed and humanistic approach to providing care for patients with liver disorders is built on years of experience at various academic centers.

Dr. Maged Tanios serves as the Regional Medical Director of Sound Physicians and is the current director of the ICU and Intensivists Program at Long Beach Medical Center. Dr. Tanios is a Board-Certified physician who specializes in pulmonary medicine, critical care, and sleep medicine. At Southern California Pulmonologists and Intensivists Network of Sound Physicians, the doctor and his staff serve the residents of Long Beach, California, and many neighboring communities. Dr. Tanios has been practicing medicine in Southern California for almost 15 years. Dr. Tanios received the Golden Apple Award for Teaching excellence from the Family Medicine program at Long Beach Medical Center and the Munzer Family Award for Research and Literary accomplishment from the Memorial Medical Center Foundation.

Dr. Tanios has received numerous achievements and awards for his work. He has been recognized by the American Lung Association and has also applied for and received grants from the National Institutes of Health. Most recently, Dr. Tanios was selected to the 2016 registry of “America’s Best Physicians.” He has also been listed on Southern California Super Doctors for the consecutive years of 2016-2021.

Dr. Tanios is a member of the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
