Dedicated to pursuing a career in health care, Anne received her Bachelor of Science from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts, and went on to obtain her Master of Science to become a family nurse practitioner at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. She has affiliations with Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire, and Parkland Medical Center in Derry, New Hampshire.
Anne enjoys working in internal medicine because she has the opportunity to provide for families and individuals of all ages every day. She connects with each of her patients, taking time to sit with them and determine a personalized treatment to fit their needs. Mark Richard, MD, is a highly trained internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Derry, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and has more than two decades of experience. Dr. Richard joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 1994.
He received his Bachelor of Science at Union College in Schenectady, New York, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Dr. Richard finished his medical training with a residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

Kaylee Wilbur is a dedicated Physician Assistant who joined the Southern NH Internal Medicine Associates team in 2025. Her healthcare journey began as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in both nursing home and hospital settings, where she developed a deep passion for patient care. In 2022, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from UNH Manchester. She continued her education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Manchester, NH, where she graduated in 2024 with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
Originally from Derry, NH, Kaylee is excited to bring her skills and expertise to care for patients in her hometown. When not working, she enjoys skiing, hiking, completing puzzles, and reading. Kaylee lives in Derry with her family and their beloved mastiff, Bruiser.
She is thrilled to be part of a team that offers high-quality healthcare to the local community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
