Wendee Amero, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine’s Derry, New Hampshire, office. She enjoys caring for her patients ages 12 and older and exceeding their primary care needs.
Wendee graduated with a master’s degree from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire. She maintains her advanced nursing credentials with continuing education to stay up to date with the latest advances in primary care medicine and is a member of numerous professional organizations.
Wendee has many years of experience caring for patients in a variety of settings. She offers physicals, wellness checkups, sick visits, and more to maximize patients’ health and wellness. She specializes in all aspects of primary care medicine, from women’s and men’s health to chronic disease management and preventive medicine. She takes a holistic, integrative approach when evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients for a wide array of conditions.

Patrick Carolan, PA-C, is a dedicated physician assistant at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Derry, New Hampshire. Patrick has experience working in multiple health care disciplines to advocate for the best outcomes for his patients.
Patrick attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, where he received his Bachelor of Science in biology in 2015. He then went on to attend the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he attained his physician assistant master’s degree, becoming certified in the field of medicine.
He discovered his passion for emergency and internal medicine during his master’s program, where he had the opportunity to perform rotations at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Massachusetts, and Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, Massachusetts. He also served at multiple outpatient internal medicine practices, gaining vast knowledge in providing health care. Shortly after completing his education, he joined the Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine team in 2019.
Outside of the office, Mr. Carolan enjoys traveling, hiking, and restoring old or damaged furniture. He welcomes patients 16 and older to the practice and looks forward to meeting their needs.

Dr. Rajesh Shoor is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience providing compassionate, high-quality care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and went on to complete his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, NJ. Dr. Shoor completed his residency training in Internal Medicine in 2005 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.
Following residency, Dr. Shoor served as a physician in the U.S. Army, including a 15-month deployment in Iraq, where he cared for soldiers in demanding environments. In 2008, he relocated to Southern New Hampshire, where he has since been dedicated to serving the local community through roles at Parkland Medical Center in Derry and Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.
Dr. Shoor is excited to welcome new patients to Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine. He is committed to building lasting relationships with patients and delivering personalized care focused on wellness and prevention.

She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Jones completed her internship at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University.
Dr. Jones chose internal medicine and primary care because of her passion for building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them through every stage of adult life.
