“1. Not covering parking is more than annoying. 2. The assistant who weighs you in and did the initial EKG was barely understandable. Extremely poor diction and extremely poor reaction to repeated questions about what she wanted me to do. She had zero people skills! 3. When I come to a doctor’s office, I prefer to meet with the doctor…not two others who are clearly there to take notes and observe. And this has happened regularly over the past year or so. 4. Dr. Ashtiani is great. No complaints. But the woman I dealt with today. Far from it. Made the entire appointment miserable. 5. The front office folk were great. But, once past them… miserable. Zero personality, nothing!”
