He attended St. George's University, West Indies, Grenanda.  From there he completed his internship at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY before going into his neurology residency program at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.  Dr. Sangha continued his education and attended a Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care fellowship program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Sangha is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the United Council of Neurologic Specialties Neurocritical Care and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - Vascular Neurology and Neurology.

Andrew W. Nangalama, MD, is an award-winning provider of family medicine and urgent care services at American River Urgent Care. Philip M. Bach, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Bach earned his medical degree from Georgetown in Washington, DC. After graduating, he completed an internship and residency at the university. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at the Center for Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Bach is a member of the American Heart Association and the Sacramento/El Dorado County Medical Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Bach has over 40 years of experience in the medical field. At Sacramento Heart & Vascular Medical Associates, he uses his decades of experience to ask the right questions and listen to patients to ensure he offers the best care possible.
