A graduate of Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Abdel-Fattah specializes in wellness-focused care, with a strong emphasis on hormone replacement therapy, longevity medicine, and the emerging field of peptide therapy. Dr. Mohamad El Abdallah, a board-certified internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience, is opening his own outpatient practice in Metro Detroit. He completed his medical degree at Beirut Arab University and residency at Beaumont Hospital–Dearborn, with additional experience in hospitalist and critical care roles. Dr. El Abdallah focuses on personalized, preventative, and whole-person care, including chronic disease management and tailored wellness plans. He is fluent in English and Arabic, conversational in French, and committed to patient safety, evidence-based care, and health education. Chadi Saad, MD, a double board-certified nephrologist and internist with extensive experience in kidney care, focuses on preventive health care, patient education, and personalized treatment at his practice, Nephrocare MD, in Dearborn, Michigan.

In addition to preventing the progression of chronic kidney disease, Dr. Saad has special interests in hypertension nephrology, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and supporting patient choices when faced with dialysis.

Stacy Zwick Ker, DO,  is a board-certified physician in nephrology and hypertension, and internal medicine. She sees patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC, in Livonia, Michigan. 

Dr. Ker was born in Orrville, Ohio, and is a graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OUCOM). Dr. Ker is a member of the National Osteopathic Honor Society, which is an honor given to those showing a high degree of scholarship and service to their college and/or profession. Dr. Ker completed both her internship and residency in internal medicine at Botsford Hospital, located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She then continued at Botsford Hospital to complete her nephrology subspecialty program and was named Chief Nephrology Fellow in her final year of training. 

Currently, Dr. Ker is a member of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), the American Society of Nephrology (ASN), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Dr. Ker is the first physician in Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC to be certified by The American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) in Hemodialysis Vascular Access Procedures. 

In addition to vascular access work, Dr. Ker is very passionate about the management of chronic kidney disease and hypertension and is certified as a “Specialist in Clinical Hypertension” by the American Society of Hypertension.

Samantha Bandlow is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). She specializes in working with adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and major life transitions, including family changes, identity development, and peer or relationship challenges.

Samantha has extensive experience supporting adolescents impacted by family substance use and those experiencing substance use of their own. She also has experience working with justice-involved youth, providing support that is both trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate. She is deeply committed to helping teens build self-worth, increase independence, and develop a stronger, more stable sense of identity.

Her clinical approach is client-centered and strength-based, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Samantha is skilled at engaging adolescents who may be hesitant about therapy, helping them connect with their own motivations for change. She strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where teens can grow at their own pace, with a focus on emotional regulation, executive functioning, resilience, and long-term stability.

She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University, completing her graduate studies in 2023. Her professional background includes extensive crisis response experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, along with specialized work addressing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Samantha believes healing begins in safe, nonjudgmental spaces where individuals can explore their experiences and emotions with authenticity. She brings a calm, grounding presence to her work, helping adolescents build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and regain a sense of control in their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. In her free time, she also enjoys discovering and trying new recipes.

Meet Kimber Debelak, the Executive Director of Recovery Pathways, LLC. Kimber has been working in the substance use disorder field since 2009, driven by passion and purpose. She finds joy in seeing clients' small victories in recovery and in supporting therapists as they grow into their roles. Kimber values honesty, teamwork, and evidence-based care that respects each individual's unique journey. Her mantra, "let's do it", reflects her straightforward and determined approach. On a lighter note, she loves her coffee, Dean Martin classics, and says that if she could have one superpower, it would be a magic wand to help clients even more.
