Dr. Condrell believes it is most important to get to know his patients and encourages them to ask questions, so he fully understands their needs. Dr. Condrell lives in Warrenton, Virginia, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, cycling, horseback riding, skiing, and doing ceramics. His favorite books include “Love in the Time of Cholera” and “7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” and some of his favorite artists are James Taylor, David Gray, and Natalie Merchant.

Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Seema Chaudhary is a preventive medicine expert and obesity physician at Nova Physician Wellness Center. As a health advocate for the people of Fairfax, Sterling, and Ashburn, Virginia, she has been in clinical practice for about 15 years.
She finished her residency from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and she joined Community Health Center Clearwater so that she could help the poor and underserved population. She moved from Florida to Northern Virginia and worked with Kaiser Permanente for about seven years.
