Dr. Ramzan is Board Certifed in Internal Medicine with close to 20 yrs of experience in Primary Care, Hospital and Critical care, Urgent Care and Addiction medicine. 

He takes special personal and professional interest in helping those afflicted with the disease of addiction.  He holds a license to prescribe suboxone. 

Dr. Blander earned his MD at the University of Buffalo Medical Center in 1981, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Stony Brook University in 1984. He was a research fellow for 2 years at Rockefeller University, and then completed his clinical fellowship in Infectious Diseases at UCLA, followed by 4 years of research and publications at UCLA. He was a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh medical Center until 1997. Since 1997, he has practiced Internal Medicine in CT. Dr. Blander is board certified in Internal Medicine, and Infectious Diseases.

Stephen Kinsella, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker at Perspectives Treatment Center, Inc. in Woodbury, Connecticut. He is also the practice's Chief Clinical Officer for the practice and its Early Recovery Program.

Stephen earned his Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service. Stephen has practiced as a Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. His specialty is treating psychiatric disorders and chemical dependency.

Dr. Yelyzaveta Prysyazhnyuk is a compassionate and highly trained physician with a strong commitment to advancing mental health care. She brings a rich background in internal medicine and a deep interest in the intersection of physical and mental well-being to her role at Vital Psych MD LLC. Dr. Prysyazhnyuk completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell NS/LIJ, where she also obtained certifications as a clinician educator and in lifestyle medicine. At Vital Psych MD, Dr. Prysyazhnyuk is excited to focus her practice on supporting individuals through evidence-based care that bridges the gap between physical and mental health.
