Dr. Amit M. Patel, MD is the founding interventional pain physician at Integrity Pain & Wellness in Scottsdale, AZ, Mesa, AZ, and Prescott, AZ. He is dedicated to returning patients to an optimal quality of life and has an unparalleled background. Following residency training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Anesthesiology and Critical Care, he completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Issachar Devine's journey into interventional pain medicine was a natural evolution of his passion for hands-on problem-solving. As an osteopathic physician, he initially used manual techniques to address pain and dysfunction, which later led him through training in general surgery before ultimately specializing in interventional pain management.

Dr. Devine specializes in kyphoplasty, basivertebral nerve ablation, and regenerative treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy and Viadisc. "These innovative treatments offer promising solutions for chronic pain and degenerative conditions," he said. "I am passionate about helping patients with osteoporosis prevent compression fractures and improve long-term spinal health, and I incorporate fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided techniques to enhance precision, along with Botox therapy for migraines and spasticity to improve patients’ quality of life."

Having trained in an area where pain and addiction were prevalent, Dr. Devine has developed a balanced, patient-centered approach to pain management. "My goal is not just to manage pain — but to resolve it whenever possible. I view pain management as a spectrum."

He takes a stepwise approach: conservative therapies first (physical and occupational therapy, osteopathic manipulation, manual therapy, topical or over-the-counter medications), then minimally invasive interventions (ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided injections, regenerative medicine, radiofrequency ablation), with surgery reserved as a last resort. Dr. Rheault is Board Certified in Family Medicine as well as Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. He received a BS Degree in Biology from the University of Connecticut. After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Public Health at Touro University in California, he completed his Family Medicine residency in Corvallis, Oregon. Subsequently, he pursued his special interests with a Fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine. Dr. Rheault treats acute and chronic pain using traditional osteopathic medical techniques for the management of pain disorders, headache management, and repetitive motion disorders. Dr. Dyball is a board certified Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine physician who uses Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment to help his patients. Michael Jadali, DO, RPh, FAAPMR, is a skilled pain management specialist at the Center for Pain & Rehabilitation Medicine in San Jose, California. Dr. Jadali has been at the forefront of minimally invasive pain management for several years.

Dr. Jadali is a doctor of osteopathic medicine and graduated from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, in association with the University of Maryland Medical System, which runs an ACGME-accredited residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Prior to medical school, residency, and fellowship training, Dr. Jadali earned a degree in pharmacy. He subsequently became a registered pharmacist. Using his experience as a pharmacist, Dr. Jadali has an additional edge to manage his patients’ medications more effectively and with less systemic side effects. 

Because of his extensive experience in pharmacology, several of the nation’s leading pharmaceutical companies have chosen Dr. Jadali to be their science liaison to educate other physicians on the proper use of pain medications.

Craig Shapiro, DO, is a respected ear, nose, and throat specialist serving patients at the Ear, Nose, Throat, and Sinus Center of South Florida, located in Hollywood, Florida. With decades of experience in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, he brings extensive clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, and related structures.

Dr. Shapiro earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Southeastern University of Health Sciences in North Miami Beach, Florida. He completed a rotating internship and general surgery residency before completing his otolaryngology–head & neck surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His postgraduate surgical training included rotations in head and neck surgical oncology, facial plastic surgery, sinus surgery, facial paralysis, pediatric otolaryngology, and otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at hospitals throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and Michigan.

Since 2023, Dr. Shapiro has practiced with the Ear, Nose, Throat, & Sinus Center of South Florida. He previously spent nearly 17 years with South Florida ENT Associates and nearly a decade with Southeastern Ear, Nose, Throat Sinus Center.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Shapiro has served as a principal investigator and sub-investigator for clinical trials with Cenexel/Research Center of America since 2021. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery.
