Vikramjeet (Vik) Saini, MD, is dual board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. At Advanced Pain Management, located throughout Arizona, Dr. Saini provides a comprehensive physiatric approach to treating pain with the goal of restoring and maximizing function.
He completed his residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his fellowship at the University of Rochester in upstate New York. Dr. Saini has also spent time training at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Temple University Hospital.
Dr. Saini offers a multimodal approach that has been proven to be effective in treating chronic pain. This is a personalized approach to pain management that includes medication(s), physical rehabilitation, lifestyle changes, psychology, advanced pain interventions, surgery (when warranted), and complementary and alternative medicine in various combinations.
He is well trained in a variety of interventional techniques to treat the spine, peripheral joints, and other causes of chronic pain. This includes newer minimally invasive techniques that can prevent surgery, such as lumbar spinal stenosis decompression, sacroiliac joint fusion, and spinal cord stimulation implantation. In his free time, Dr. Saini enjoys playing a variety of sports, including basketball and tennis. As a Wisconsin native, he is a proud Green Bay Packers fan and can be seen watching the games wearing his cheese head. He loves spending time with his wife and two children and traveling the world.
David Delatte, MD, is an experienced pain management physician with the team at Advanced Pain Management located throughout Arizona. Dr. Delatte is board-certified in anesthesia with a subspecialty certification in pain management.
Dr. Delatte graduated with his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has been practicing in the East Valley since 2015 and performs various interventional procedures to help patients relieve pain, including spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, epidurals, and radiofrequency ablations.
Dr. Delatte chose to become a doctor because he enjoyed learning about physiology and pharmacology and then applying this knowledge to patients in need. Moreover, the pain management specialty allows him to target the cause of a patient's pain instead of just treating their symptoms and ultimately optimizing their health outcomes.

Jennelle has a well-rounded approach to medicine while providing patients with the attention, compassion, and dedication they deserve. Jennelle began her education at the University of Central Florida located in Orlando, FL, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She then continued her education at Keiser University located in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant while undergoing a multi-speciality clinical training. In her free time, she enjoys living a healthy and active lifestyle that involves running, golfing, playing volleyball, and weight-training. Jennelle also has a very creative eye and enjoys DIY projects, drawing, and painting.
Jennelle is driven each day in practice by ensuring patients know they are in good hands and any concern they have will always be addressed through a detail-oriented and comprehensive manner. Jennelle has a keen eye for sports medicine, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and interventional pain management. She enjoys investigating the cause to a patient’s ailment, whether that’s limitation from pain or enjoying their hobbies and day-to-day activities. In return, through her attentive bedside manner, she explains her findings with patients to its full capacity.
Jennelle also offers assistance in family medicine practices and dermatological concerns a patient may have.
