Tammer Elmarsafi, DPM, FACFAS, DABPM, is a dual board certified and fellowship trained podiatric surgeon at Vascular Surgery Associates, LLC, in Westminster, Maryland.

Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. After completing his residency training at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a Level 1 trauma center, he went on to complete his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital, which afforded him the title of Assistant Professor at the Georgetown School of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery. 

Dr. Elmarsafi specializes in treating all aspects of the foot and ankle. In addition, he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has co-authored several textbooks on a myriad of foot and ankle-specific subjects.

Dean Kane, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care in Columbia, Maryland. He has been practicing in Maryland for over 33 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience helping patients achieve their ideal look.
