Tate Kirk, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist in White Plains, New York. He is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Kirk has held faculty positions at Montefiore Medical Center and Lenox Hill Hospital, where he led the division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Currently, he serves as the lead interventional radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian “The One” in White Plains.
As an interventional radiologist, Dr. Kirk performs image-guided, minimally invasive procedures to manage and treat a wide variety of clinical conditions. His particular focus and interests are in the treatment of liver-directed cancer treatment (Y-90 radioembolization, percutaneous ablation) and portal venous interventions. Dr. Kirk also performs a range of procedures for non-cancer patients, including uterine fibroid embolization, prostate artery embolization, hemorrhoid embolization, and knee embolization.
He has been featured in The Daily Mail and has authored numerous publications in national and international medical journals, including Radiographics and Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology. He also presents at national conferences.
He received the 2025 Cure Ocular Melanoma Vision of Hope award from the Melanoma Research Foundation for his extensive work with uveal melanoma patients, including immunoembolization and oncolytic virus administration.

David T. Jacobs, MD, DABR, DABVLM, has devoted his medical career to treating venous disease. Based in Rockville Centre, New York, this fellowship-trained, board-certified vein and vascular specialist personally handles all cases at his practice South Shore Vein and Aesthetic Medicine – the only dedicated vein practice on the south shore of Nassau County.
Dr. David T. Jacobs holds dual board certifications in radiology and phlebology (vein medicine), a certification held by fewer than 900 physicians in the United States.
A born-and-raised New Yorker, Dr. David T. Jacobs attended medical school at the New York University School of Medicine.
Before opening his own practice, Dr. Jacobs completed a residency and fellowship in diagnostic and interventional radiology at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn. He acted as Chief Resident in Interventional Radiology, and completed an additional fellowship specifically focused on vascular malformations at the Medical College of Wisconsin, training with world experts in the field.
Dr. David T. Jacobs has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and is the author of a chapter on vascular malformations in a newly published textbook – Interventional Radiology: Fundamentals of Clinical Practice. He is a member of the American Vein and Lymphatic Society (formerly the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine), the American College of Radiology, the American Board of Radiology, the American Medical Association, and Radiological Society of North America.
