After finishing medical school, he pursued a transitional internship at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur, Missouri. His dedication to the field led him to a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Dr. Grande further honed his skills through an interventional radiology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

As a leader in vascular interventional radiology, Dr. Grande has authored numerous medical articles, publications, and presentations. He achieved board certification from the American Board of Radiology nearly 15 years ago, solidifying his expertise in the field. Dr. Grande also obtained a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) for Vascular and Interventional Radiology in 2012, showcasing his commitment to providing advanced patient care. 

With this impressive educational background and certifications, Dr. Grande continues to excel at RIA Endovascular. He looks forward to working with new patients and delivering personalized care through cutting-edge treatments and modern techniques.
