About Dr. Jessie Jacob, MD
Dr. Jessie Jacob is a board certified radiologist dedicated to breast imaging who practices in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Jacob received fellowship training in Breast Imaging and Intervention at Yale University. She has also directed breast centers in both New York and California.
Dr. Jacob has defined and developed FDA approved programs for Tomosynthesis and Automated Breast Ultrasound, which continue to be applied globally.
In April 2016, she accepted the role of Medical Director for Northern California Women's Imaging Center. With her strong attention to detail and drive for quality, Dr. Jacob adheres to the Individualized Breast Health mission at Northern California Women's Imaging Center.
During her free time, Dr. Jacob enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, cooking, and gardening.

“I had a very positive experience for my mammogram appt. I was called in a timely manner, asked to repeat two shots and then spoke to Dr.Jacobs shortly after. She gave me a thorough review of my current mammogram, then checked off other subjects related to my overall health. I was offered two blood tests to further my knowledge about my cancer risks which I will evaluate and discuss with my family. Her fee is on the pricey side but does give reliable, trusted advice.”
