Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. Outside the office, Dr. Lemon enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, spending time outdoors, staying active, and following sports. C. Jon Beecroft, DPM, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, did a three-year surgical residency and has more than 15 years experience in surgery and medicine. He is qualified to treat orthopedic, dermatological, diabetic, trauma, reconstruction and any medical problems with the foot and ankle.

He started with Ahwatukee Foot and Ankle in 2005 and with Maricopa Foot and Ankle office in 2008. He has office hours in both Ahwatukee and Maricopa.

Before starting with Ahwatukee and Maricopa Foot and Ankle offices, Dr. Beecroft attended Des Moines University, Osteopathic Medical Center College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2002. He then completed his Carl T. Hayden VAMC Podiatric Surgical Residency in 2005. Since that time, he enjoys giving back and teaching resident doctors medicine and surgical techniques.

Jordan Richardson, DPM of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona received his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, California.

 

Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Arizona and loves the desert. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. During residency training, he spent time training with top-tier surgeons and physicians. Training all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine. He is well trained in both conservative and surgical approaches to podiatric care and believes in putting his patient’s needs first.

 

Prior to a career in medicine, Dr. Richardson acquired many skills from careers as a veterinary technician, police aide, and home automation. However, he found his passion in podiatry and caring for patients. Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his wife and five children. He also enjoys working on cars, cooking, playing guitar, and outdoor recreation. 

Dr. Meka received training in venous valve repairs, deep venous reconstructions, perforators ablations during medical school. During her General Surgery training at Memorial Health University in Georgia, she developed core vascular surgery operating skills. She also presented and published several vascular papers during her residency. She then completed advanced training in endovascular techniques during her vascular surgery fellowship. Dr. Meka completed her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas in 2011. After Fellowship, Dr. Meka worked as a consulting vascular surgeon at Harris Methodist hospital in Texas. Following this, she took academic vascular surgery position at VA Medical Center in Phoenix, in affiliation with Banner University Medical Center. She holds a position as Clinical Asst. Professor and is double board-certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery and American Board of Vascular Medicine.

Dr. Vanitha Vasudevan is a board-certified general surgeon with more than 11 years of experience in general surgery and surgical oncology. She brings extensive international training and a patient-centered approach to the care of individuals with complex surgical conditions, combining advanced techniques with compassionate, personalized care.

Dr. Vasudevan completed her medical education at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). She went on to pursue advanced surgical training in India, completing a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery at Maulana Azad Medical College, followed by a highly competitive M.Ch. residency in Pediatric Surgery at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, one of India’s premier academic medical centers. This rigorous training provided her with a strong foundation in complex surgical decision-making and multidisciplinary care.

She continued her surgical training in the United States, completing her general surgery residency at the University of Miami. Her residency included training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida (PGY-1 and PGY-2), followed by advanced residency training at the University of Miami Palm Beach Regional Campus in Atlantis, Florida. 

Dr. Vasudevan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Her clinical expertise includes minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a special focus on surgical oncology. She has particular experience in robotic colorectal surgery for conditions such as diverticular disease, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. In addition, she performs a wide range of minimally invasive procedures for gallbladder disease and abdominal wall disorders, including inguinal, ventral, and hiatal hernias. Her practice also includes endocrine surgery, with procedures involving the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands.

Dr. Jawad is a Tampa native who earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Albany Medical Center, the busiest Level 1 trauma center and tertiary surgical care hospital in New York. Following residency, he spent nearly a year in New Mexico, caring for patients in a critical access hospital and strengthening his dedication to serving rural and underserved populations.

He is now advancing his training through the Mastery in General Surgery Fellowship under Dr. Amini, with a specialized focus on robotic general surgery, complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic procedures, as well as foregut and colorectal surgery. Dr. Jawad is proficient in both laparoscopic and open techniques, and will be providing comprehensive surgical care, including elective, emergency, and trauma surgery.

Passionate about combining innovation with compassionate care, Dr. Jawad is especially enthusiastic about integrating newly acquired robotic skills into his practice. He looks forward to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care as part of the Arizona Premier Surgery Team. 

Dr. Angeles is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced training in benign and malignant breast diseases. She is committed to a multidisciplinary approach to treating breast cancer, working closely with the other sub-specialists in oncology to provide the best treatment plan for each patient. She also incorporates oncoplastic techniques to provide optimal cosmetic outcomes after breast conservation surgery.

Dr. Angeles received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She completed her general surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Having a special interest in breast cancer, she went on to complete a breast surgical oncology fellowship at Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C

Dr. Usman Urooj is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon in Goodyear, Arizona.

Dr. Urooj’s passion for medicine began during his high school years. His love for science took him to the University of North Texas, where in 2014, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and graduated with honors. Then in 2018, he earned his Doctor of Podiatric medicine and surgery degree at Arizona College of Podiatric medicine-Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. 

Upon graduation, Dr. Urooj matched at Carl T. Hayden Veterans Medical Center for his residency training in Foot and Ankle medicine and surgery. At this institution his residency training consisted of inpatient, outpatient, clinical, and surgical experiences. He completed many different rigorous medical and surgical rotations for an overall comprehensive experience. Some notable rotations during his time in the program included internal medicine, infectious diseases, emergency medicine, general surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Starr (Friedman) Eads is a board-certified General Surgeon who joined Arizona Premier Surgery in the summer of 2019. Originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, she attended the University of Michigan where she majored in English and graduated with a BA and high honors for her undergraduate thesis. She then obtained her MD from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. While Dr. Eads was in medical school, many of her close family members relocated to Arizona, but she remained in the South for another 5 years after graduation for residency training. She completed her residency in General Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. During this time, she met her now-husband, Danny Eads, who was training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
