C. Jon Beecroft, DPM, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, did a three-year surgical residency and has more than 15 years experience in surgery and medicine. Dr. Lemon earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed a three-year surgical residency at Intermountain Medical Center in Salt Lake City. His advanced training includes reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, minimally invasive techniques, diabetic limb preservation, wound care, and trauma.

 

He believes the strongest outcomes result from trusting patient relationships and shared decision-making. He takes a conservative approach whenever possible, prioritizing patient education, preventive care, and non-surgical treatments. However, when appropriate, surgery may be the best strategy to achieve the desired outcome.

 

Outside the office, Dr. Lemon enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, spending time outdoors, staying active, and following sports. Jordan Richardson, DPM of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona received his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine in Pomona, California.

 

Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Arizona and loves the desert. He completed a three-year podiatric and surgical residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certification at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. During residency training, he spent time training with top-tier surgeons and physicians. Training all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery including reconstructive diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle trauma, and sports medicine. He is well trained in both conservative and surgical approaches to podiatric care and believes in putting his patient’s needs first.

 

Prior to a career in medicine, Dr. Richardson acquired many skills from careers as a veterinary technician, police aide, and home automation. However, he found his passion in podiatry and caring for patients. Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his wife and five children. He also enjoys working on cars, cooking, playing guitar, and outdoor recreation. 

Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. His training included trauma and reconstructive surgery in adult and pediatrics.

In addition, Dr. Crezee has specialty training in diabetes and sports medicine. Continuing with his academic endeavors, Dr. Crezee has served as an Associated Clinical professor at several medical schools and helped found the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, the largest Foot and Ankle residency training program in Arizona where he continues to train young surgeons. Dr. Crezee has been serving our veterans for over 25 years.

Dr. Crezee began private practice in 1989 and is currently accepting new patients. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Crezee enjoys time with his wife, four children, and five grandchildren. Dr. Crezee’s hobbies include 4-wheeling, fishing, and flying.

Dr. Meka received training in venous valve repairs, deep venous reconstructions, perforators ablations during medical school. During her General Surgery training at Memorial Health University in Georgia, she developed core vascular surgery operating skills. She also presented and published several vascular papers during her residency. She then completed advanced training in endovascular techniques during her vascular surgery fellowship. Dr. Meka completed her Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas in 2011. After Fellowship, Dr. Meka worked as a consulting vascular surgeon at Harris Methodist hospital in Texas. Following this, she took academic vascular surgery position at VA Medical Center in Phoenix, in affiliation with Banner University Medical Center. She holds a position as Clinical Asst. Professor and is double board-certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery and American Board of Vascular Medicine.

Jennifer Boll, MD is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon at Skin Cancer Specialists, located in Mesa, Arizona.

After completing general surgery training in her hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Jennifer Boll completed extensive training in plastic surgery at the world renowned Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Here she learned skills and techniques from several of the pioneers of plastic surgery. She continues to supplement this foundation and she believes that learning is a lifelong process.

Dr. Pepple joined Arizona Premier Surgery in 2017. He is Board Certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Transitioning from a large academic center, he brings with him years of experience in the management of some of the most complex surgical patients.

Dr. Albert Amini is the founder and President of Arizona Premier Surgery as well as a board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery for the liver, pancreas, and bile ducts. After earning his medical degree from Northwestern and completing his surgical internship and residency, Dr. Amini spent an additional year learning about hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, along with how to use modern technology to perform effective, minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Starr (Friedman) Eads is a board-certified General Surgeon who joined Arizona Premier Surgery in the summer of 2019. Originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, she attended the University of Michigan where she majored in English and graduated with a BA and high honors for her undergraduate thesis. She then obtained her MD from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. While Dr. Eads was in medical school, many of her close family members relocated to Arizona, but she remained in the South for another 5 years after graduation for residency training. She completed her residency in General Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. During this time, she met her now-husband, Danny Eads, who was training in Cardiothoracic Surgery. They were both fortunate to find positions with busy practices and great partners close to Dr. Eads’ family, and they are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Scottsdale and East Valley areas.

Dr. Eads’ practice focuses on minimally invasive surgery, with growing expertise in both the robotic Da Vinci and laparoscopic platforms. She is also skilled in traditional open surgical techniques. Philosophy of Care

Dr. Jawad is a Tampa native who earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Albany Medical Center, the busiest Level 1 trauma center and tertiary surgical care hospital in New York. Following residency, he spent nearly a year in New Mexico, caring for patients in a critical access hospital and strengthening his dedication to serving rural and underserved populations.

He is now advancing his training through the Mastery in General Surgery Fellowship under Dr. Amini, with a specialized focus on robotic general surgery, complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic procedures, as well as foregut and colorectal surgery. Dr. Jawad is proficient in both laparoscopic and open techniques, and will be providing comprehensive surgical care, including elective, emergency, and trauma surgery.

Passionate about combining innovation with compassionate care, Dr. Jawad is especially enthusiastic about integrating newly acquired robotic skills into his practice. He looks forward to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care as part of the Arizona Premier Surgery Team. 

Dr. DiPasquale is a specialized breast surgeon with expertise in treating both malignant and benign breast diseases. Her passion lies in advanced oncoplastic reconstructive surgery, where she combines oncological principles with plastic surgery techniques. She strives to ensure excellent oncological outcomes while also prioritizing cosmetic results and patient satisfaction.

Originally from the east coast of Canada, Dr. DiPasquale completed her medical training at Dalhousie University. Following this, she pursued her General Surgery Residency at the University of Alberta. During her residency, she also earned a Master of Science degree at the prestigious Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where her research was recognized with an award from the Canadian Federation of University Women.

To further refine her skills and broaden her expertise, Dr. DiPasquale completed a breast oncoplastic and reconstruction surgery fellowship at the renowned Paris Breast Center. She is proud to hold board certifications from both the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. DiPasquale's contributions extend beyond her clinical practice. She has co-authored numerous research papers and actively presents her work at international conferences. Additionally, she serves as a peer reviewer for international journals.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. DiPasquale cherishes quality time spent with her loved ones, including her family, friends, and her beloved Yorkie. After escaping the cold Canadian winters, she also enjoys spending time outdoors in the warm Arizona sun.
