Dr. Begum received her medical degree from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical College in New York. Dr. Zoltowska is also certified in Physicians Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). She is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Zoltowska believes the relationship between a physician and patient is sacred, and they should work closely together to accomplish the desired healthcare goal. She considers her principal role is to provide the patient with the lates, accurate information about their condition or diagnosis and clearly define options of treatment that are currently available in managing their particular situation.
