He received his basic medical degree in India and obtained further training in hospitals in the UK and arrived in the US in 1993 for advanced training at Beth Israel Medical Center in the heart of New York City. Electrophysiology training was completed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the world-renowned program headed by Professor Masood Akhtar, one of the most prominent educators in the field.   Dr. Sen is married and his wife is also a physician.
