Geetha completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in biology at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, New Jersey. She was on the Ramapo College’s Dean List, a part of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, and in the National Honor Society. She went on to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
Geetha completed her fieldwork level I sessions at Our Lady Queen of Angels Convent Manhattan, Camp Chillin’ Out (CCO), and SENSiPLAY Pediatric Therapy Clinic.
She completed her fieldwork level II in physical disabilities outpatient care at the Institute of Hand & Arm Surgery in Madison, New Jersey. Her second fieldwork level II session was in pediatric outpatient care at Brave Wings Therapy in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Geetha volunteered to assist children in treatment sessions at Kireker Center for Child Development and was a junior volunteer in the pharmaceutical department at Valley Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey. Here, she received the Valley Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship.
She volunteered at Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy in Wayne, New Jersey, and in the occupational therapy department at Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paramus, New Jersey.
Geetha holds certification in adult and pediatric first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) through the American Red Cross.
She has certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT) and holds her occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey.

Chad Vasquez, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist at Holsman Physical Therapy, with locations throughout New Jersey and New York City. Chad has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings with a wide variety of patient needs, including developmental disabilities and functional limitations, and uses his extensive experience to help patients achieve their health goals.
He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, New Jersey, and then earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
Chad is skilled in orthopedic and geriatric/neurologic outpatient therapy, along with manual therapy. When patients need home assessments and modifications to be able to live comfortably and as independently as possible, he makes the process smooth and positive.
He also evaluates and treats patients with dementia or injuries and assists them as they recover from joint replacement surgeries, such as shoulder, hip, or knee surgery. He designs home exercise programs and fits patients for orthotics, staying in touch via telehealth so patients can communicate from the comfort of home.
Whether in-person or via telehealth, Chad supports his patients with empathy and expertise. In his free time, Chad enjoys the arts, including photography, video editing, and playing guitar.
Sheila Librinca, OTR, is an experienced, registered occupational therapist treating patients at Holsman Physical Therapy, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.
Sheila received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Velez College in Cebu, Philippines. She then worked at St. Josephine Vannini Home for the Aged Daughters of St. Camillus Inc. and Perpetual Succour Hospital in Cebu City, Cebu.
During both jobs, she conducted initial evaluations for patients, helped formulate treatment plans, constructed notes, and taught provocation activities.
At Zapatera Elementary School Special Education Center in Cebu City, Cebu, Sheila focused on patients with pediatric dysfunctions such as cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disability, and Down syndrome.
Sheila then joined the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Mandaue City, Cebu, working with adult and pediatric patients with psychosocial dysfunctions. At Riverside Medical Center in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, she worked with adult and pediatric patients with physical dysfunctions.
In 2008, she went on to work as a staff occupational therapist at Holsman Healthcare, LLC in Kearny, New Jersey. Here, she performed occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for geriatric patients at various facilities.
Sheila holds her occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey, is a member of the Philippine Academy of Occupational Therapists, and holds certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT).
She’s attended seminars and workshops on handwriting and cardiac rehabilitation and its related physiology.

Paulo Jurado, MSOT, OTR/L, is a registered and licensed occupational therapist bringing expert care to patients at Holsman Physical Therapy, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.
Paulo received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He then completed his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona.
He went on to join the team at the Center for GOALS in the Philippines, a multidisciplinary special education school specializing in support for children and adolescents.
In the United States, Paolo worked at TheraCare of New York in Westchester, New York, a multiservice healthcare, rehabilitation, developmental, and educational organization, and then at Raintree Healthcare Staffing Inc. in Queens, New York.
In 2013, he joined Holsman Healthcare, LLC in Belleville, New Jersey.
Paulo holds occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey and New York State and is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT).

Dr. Olha Hrechynsky was born in Ukraine and raised in New Jersey. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers focusing on Biology as her major and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly known as NYCC).
She’s been working with a wide variety of patients for a long time and loves what she does because it helps people feel better and live better lives. She’s helped people with everything from severe low back pain to minor injuries to just feeling well everyday after years of chronic pain.
She always wants her patients to know that they are being heard and respected, and that they are in control of their health care journey.
She focuses on manual therapy techniques, instrument assisted techniques, joint manipulation, decompression of the spine, kinesio-taping, home exercises routines all to promote healing and avoiding future injuries to help patients enjoy their lives without stopping.
