Dr. White was born in Toronto. She earned a bachelor’s degree with a focus in kinesiology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She then received her Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and began her career practicing in Scarborough, Ontario.

Dr. White is licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in both Canada and the United States. She joined the team at River Oaks Chiropractic Clinic in 2015, working alongside her husband, Don White, DC, and father-in-law, Dale White Jr., DC. She and Dr. Don have two sons.

His lifelong dream to practice with his father, Dale White Jr., DC, became a reality when he joined River Oaks Chiropractic Clinic in 2014. He is also proud to practice alongside his wife, Valerie White, DC. He and Dr. Val have two children.

Dale White Jr., DC, FICC, is a Chiropractor who specializes in nonsurgical care for spine, disc, and musculoskeletal conditions. He brings over 39 years of experience to his patients at River Oaks Chiropractic Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. White is committed to providing safe, natural Chiropractic care and an exceptional patient experience at every visit. Through conservative treatment strategies that focus on rehabilitation and lifestyle enhancements, Dr. White addresses injuries, alleviates acute and chronic pain, and enhances overall health and wellness.

Before he became a Chiropractor, Dr. White was a patient. Troubled by low back pain caused by an excruciating low back disc problem, he found relief from a Chiropractor after conventional treatments failed. Thanks to the Chiropractic treatments that fixed the cause of his pain, his back pain disappeared, he was able to avoid the surgery that had been recommended to him, and the medications that were masking the pain. The transformation Dr. White experienced was life-changing and inspired him to become a Chiropractor himself.

Dr. White attended North Texas State University in Denton where he played on the golf team,  and earned his Chiropractic degree from the Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. He is a fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, and is licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in both Texas and Oklahoma.

Dr. White is married with six children. He is proud to have his second-oldest son, Don White, DC, and his daughter-in-law, Valerie White, DC practicing Chiropractic alongside him at River Oaks Chiropractic Clinic, thus continuing the family legacy of providing outstanding Chiropractic care to the Fort Worth community. 

About Dr. Sykes

Kevin Sykes, DC, is a Chiropractor and Texas native serving patients throughout the Fort Worth area at White Integrated Health Clinics PLLC, where he works at the practice’s Waterside location. He has been treating patients as a well-respected Chiropractor since 2011.

Dr. Sykes’ interest in Chiropractic Medicine began when he suffered a lower back injury while playing college baseball. Thanks to the help of an experienced Chiropractor, Dr. Sykes felt not only an improvement in the pain in his back but noticed that Chiropractic adjustments and active rehabilitation dramatically improved his overall health, wellness, and athletic ability.

Growing up in Waco, Texas, Dr. Sykes completed his undergraduate studies in nutritional sciences in 2006 at Texas A&M University in College Station. Once he realized his passion for Chiropractic Medicine, Dr. Sykes enrolled in Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, from which he graduated in 2010.

When acute or chronic pain strikes, Dr. Sykes knows firsthand what it feels like to struggle with pain that has not responded to traditional treatments or at-home remedies. That is why he is confident that his professional experience combined with his own background as a lower back injury patient makes him a compassionate Chiropractor, one that understands what his patients are going through and knows how to help.

Dr. Sykes has had the privilege of working with prestigious institutions such as the National Olympic Committee of Colombia in South America and the football team at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. It is his goal to make sure the athletes he treats recover from their sports injuries as soon as possible while increasing their performance levels.

Dr. Sykes loves golf, exercise, and travel, and is an avid fan of Texas A&M and Texas Christian University football, Texas Ranger baseball, and Dallas Stars Hockey. When he is out of the office, he spends most of his free time with his wife, Jenna, and their children Alice and William.
