Alex Castano, MS, OTR/L, began his journey as an Occupational Therapist assistant in 2017 and has been practicing in the field of occupational therapy for four years. He sees patients at Precision Rehab Occupational Physical & Hand Therapy, which has offices in the Fresh Meadows area in Queens, New York City, and Little Neck, New York.

Alex began working in sub-acute rehabilitation before transitioning to hand therapy at Long Island Hand Therapy. While working as an OT assistant, Alex continued his education, obtaining a Masters of Science in occupational therapy at the New England Institute of Technology with a specialization in hand therapy in 2020. Alex continued improving his skill at Lenox Hill Hospital with rotations in the orthopedic and stroke department. Dr. Kevin Pavlak is a licensed chiropractor (DC) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He received his Bachelor’s degree from Dominican College where he majored in Athletic Training. Kevin continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree. His interest in sports and athletics is what drove him to pursue athletic training and chiropractic. Dr. Kevin enjoys working with athletes of all levels and helping them achieve optimal performance. Kevin utilizes a variety of techniques including diversified, instrument assisted soft tissue, and myofascial release just to name a few.
