Dave Carry, DC, is an experienced chiropractor at Goodlife Physical Medicine, with three Los Angeles locations in Redondo Beach, El Segundo, and Torrance, California. Growing up, his parents both worked in the health care system, which inspired him to pursue a career in which he could help people.
Dr. Carry graduated from Western University (formerly the University of Western Ontario) in Canada with a Bachelor of Science in health sciences. While completing his undergraduate degree, he also worked at a hospital and noticed the health care system primarily treated sick patients but rarely educated people on healthy living habits. This inspired him to pursue chiropractic care, which emphasizes a proactive approach to health. Dr. Carry then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California.
At Goodlife Physical Medicine, Dr. Carry strives to educate his patients on the most natural and effective ways to achieve pain relief, spinal correction methods, and health care in general. He treats a variety of acute and chronic pain, disc and nerve conditions, and work, sports, or automobile injuries. He utilizes a combination of adjustment techniques, including stretching, strengthening and postural exercises, nutritional advice, and X-ray analysis to screen for potential health risks. He often gives lectures to large corporations as well as small groups on various wellness topics and is a well-known speaker in the community. His personal goal is to make the South Bay the healthiest place to live in the United States.
Outside of work, Dr. Carry is an avid hockey player and fan. He enjoys being physically active and can often be found playing beach volleyball or surfing.
Dr. Lance Fenton received his undergraduate degree at University of California, Los Angeles. He also attended Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles.
His specialties include Diversified Technique, Thompson Technique, S.O.T., Gonstead Technique, and Cox Flexion Distraction Technique. He’s also experienced in sports injuries and Manipulation Under Anesthesia.
With over twenty years of experience, Dr. Lance has seen the benefits of Chiropractic at work. He’s worked at local high schools and clinics, serving people of all ages, and believes that everyone can benefit from Chiropractic.
As a father of three children and a husband to a wife who is also a Chiropractor, his passion is enjoying a healthy lifestyle with his family through outdoor activities, such as skiing, surfing, motocross and camping.
Dr. Michael Roquemore was born and raised in Torrance, California. He began his academic journey at El Camino College, where he played football and earned his Associate of Arts degree. He later attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic—now known as Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU)—earning both his Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Roquemore has been proudly serving the South Bay community as a chiropractor since 1983. He specializes in several techniques, including Diversified Technique, Thompson Drop-Table Technique, Gonstead Technique, and the Activator Method. He is also certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Roquemore enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years and their four adult sons. He finds joy in family gatherings, beach walks, and attending church regularly.

Dr. Cayo grew up as the youngest in a family of four in the Hollywood Hills. As a gymnast, she valued discipline and good work ethic which served her in her personal and professional career. Her father was a doctor of anesthesiology who inspired Dr. Cayo to pursue a career in the medical field. At an early age, she had a gift for service. Dr. Cayo’s mother encouraged her to become a chiropractor instead of a physical therapist, so she went to San Diego State University and received her bachelor’s degree in biology.
In 1996, she graduated as cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. Working in several chiropractic offices, she acquired a tremendous amount of experience treating patients with various problems such as headaches, sports injuries, neck, and lower back pain. With extensive study in cranial therapy, she developed her own treatment protocol for migraine and tension headaches. Dr. Cayo immerses herself in wellness principles and practices. Dr. Phillip Vournazos grew up in Southern California where he spent his childhood immersed in athletics, playing soccer, hockey, and football.
