You deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and never alone. Reaching out for therapy is a brave step, and my hope is that our sessions feel comforting, empowering, and genuinely human. I’m Katrin, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade in the mental health field. I currently practice with Serene Wellness Psychiatry and work as a research associate with Dr. Robert M. Post at the Bipolar Collaborative Network.
I specialize in mood disorders, psychosis, trauma/PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. I use research-informed, evidence-based approaches—FFT and IPSRT for Bipolar Disorder, CBT-p, DBT, ACT, and CBT—while tailoring every session to your unique needs and strengths.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re facing, build resilience, and help you reconnect with hope and stability. I look forward to walking this path with you.
“I love my therapist. She gets me. I always feel great after I’ve talked to her. She gives me a lot to think about and a few projects that I know are good for my own good yeah she’s great.”
