Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Mandalia completed an undergraduate dual-degree with honors from New York University in 2002 before obtaining her dental degree from the New York University College of Dentistry.

Livingston, DDS, brings more than 25 years of invaluable experience to the community of Decatur, Georgia, at Dental Care Center of Decatur. Dr. Livingston graduated from Central Michigan University before attending the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, where he received his DDS. He then completed a hospital-based residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. After completing his training, Dr. Livingston practiced in Michigan and Virginia before moving to Georgia. Dr. Livingston has been recognized with a number of awards for his accomplishments in dentistry, including the title of Top Gun Dentist from 2011 to 2018, an honor earned through exemplary dental care, dedication to mentorship programs, and philanthropy. Dr. Cheney graduated from Tougaloo College in Jackson, Mississippi, and earned his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Before going into private practice, he spent 11 years serving in the United States Army. During his military career, he was deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, and saw active duty as a general dentist in Fort Benning, Georgia.

Dr. Danny Jeon is a D.M.D. who has practiced dentistry in Tucker, GA and Atlanta areas since 2005. Dr. Jeon spent his early childhood in California, then finished his high school education in Tampa, Florida. He attended Emory University in Atlanta, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000. Following that, Dr. Jeon attended Boston University, where he became a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2005. Dr. Jeon is an active participant in both the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Jeon is well known in the Tucker and Atlanta area as a dentist who is truly passionate about his work. His dental care philosophy is a simple one: The patient and their needs come first at Tucker Family Dental. For this reason, Dr. Jeon is popular among all age groups, from children seeing a dentist for the very first time up to seniors who may not have seen the dentist in a very long time. Brandon Newby, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Alliance Spine & Pain in Dallas and Austell, Georgia. Brandon enjoys helping patients through treatment and improving their health over time.
Brandon is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Georgia. After graduating with his degree, he went on to obtain his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at South College.
He is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants, as well as the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physicians Assistants.
