After serving as the vice president and clinical partner of one of the largest dental service organizations in America, general dentist Lynn A. Livingston, DDS, brings more than 25 years of invaluable experience to the community of Decatur, Georgia, at Dental Care Center of Decatur.
Dr. Livingston graduated from Central Michigan University before attending the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, where he received his DDS. He then completed a hospital-based residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. After completing his training, Dr. Livingston practiced in Michigan and Virginia before moving to Georgia.
Dr. Livingston has been recognized with a number of awards for his accomplishments in dentistry, including the title of Top Gun Dentist from 2011 to 2018, an honor earned through exemplary dental care, dedication to mentorship programs, and philanthropy.
Dr. Livingston is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northern Dental District of Georgia. He’s also a member of the OKU Honor Society, an honor bestowed on only the top 1% of dentists nationwide.

I love Dr. Lynn Livingston and all the people who work for him. I have a certain amount of fear going to dentists. At Dental Care I feel truly taken care of.
After dealing with the update of my deep cleaning follow up that I had last year, I felt judge on how I wasn’t told on how to use my electric toothbrush correctly. The whole time in my life I was brushing my teeth incorrectly manually or electric that caused me to have some bone loss. I spend too much money for a deep cleaning last year and the results didn’t get no better. Also I don’t have perfect teeth and a lot of people can’t afford getting braces. I just now started back going to the dentist after not going for over a decade.i tried to take care of my teeth and will continue to do better. I now understand that many people are afraid to go the fear of hearing bad things about their teeth. I would gave them 5 stars if only they can actually show how to use the electric/manual toothbrush correctly just to know that they actually care for their clients.

Dr. Livingston is amazing. He is very personable with me. He gives me praise for good hygiene. I love the front desk and the back desk.
One of my crowns came off! The office was able to get me in to see Dr Livingston just two days later. Luckily, he was able to put it back on, and I got my teeth cleaned while I was there. Dr Livingston and the staff are great!
