Joel Scheir, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist who provides compassionate care for his patients at Cosmetic & General Dentistry of New City in New City, New York. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, and earned his dental degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in New York City, New York. He finished his training with a general practice dental residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York City. 

Dr. Scheir stays up-to-date on the latest developments in his field as an active member of the American Dental Association. He’s had a Category II Certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry since 1997, and he co-founded the Bistate Study Group in 1991, for which he’s also served as secretary and treasurer. Danielle Scheir, DMD, is a kind and knowledgeable dentist who practices at Cosmetic & General Dentistry of New City in New City, New York. She’s the daughter of Joel Scheir, DDS, and works closely with her father to provide their patients with exceptional and compassionate care.

Dr. Scheir graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and earned her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, she finished a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York City, and deepened her skillset in orthodontic, pediatric, implant, and restorative dentistry.

Alan Friedman, DDS, is a skilled dentist at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, which has locations in Arverne, Far Rockaway, Brooklyn, and Jamaica, New York. He chose the field of dentistry because it has provided him with the opportunity to be on the front line of wellness and disease prevention.

Lanny S. Rubin, DDS, specializes in cosmetic and family dentistry at University Dental Care in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Alevtina Edgar, DDS, is an experienced dentist at Central Avenue Dental in Valley Steam and Manhattan, NY.

The doctor received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry. She then pursued a general practice residency at Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, followed by an internship at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens.

Dr. Simmy Arora practices dentistry at Oasis Dental, with offices in Hempstead and Islip, New York. She provides a variety of general and cosmetic dentistry treatments such as teeth whitening, Clear Correct orthodontics, dental implants, dentures, root canals, and tooth extractions.

Dr. Arora was born in Delhi, India, and moved to the US at a young age. Dr. Arora was a Biology Major at California State University, Northridge with a minor in Philosophy. She graduated in 1998 and got accepted to NYU College of dentistry. After graduating from NYU in 2001, she completed her 1-year residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. Dr. Arora began practicing as an associate in the Bronx and did so for 6 years prior to opening this practice.

In her spare time, Dr. Arora likes to read and paint in her free time, as well as watching movies, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Arora speaks Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Pavanjit Chhabra serves patients from throughout Long Island, New York at his practice, Oasis Dental, with offices in Hempstead and Islip, New York. He provides a variety of treatments including cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, Clear Correct, orthodontics, dental implants, dentures, and teeth whitening.

He moved to New York in 1999 for Dental School and attended NYU College of Dentistry, where he earned his DDS degree. He also completed his 1-year residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. Prior to opening his office in 2008, he worked as an associate in various practices throughout the boroughs.

Dr. Chhabra was born in India and grew up in Bombay. He moved to the US in 1986 at age 13. Dr. Chhabra attended college at California State University, Northridge where he earned a B.S. in Cell Biology and an M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology. He made lots of friends in LA, often while enjoying many outdoor activities; hiking and camping in Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, cross country skiing in Yosemite, downhill skiing, and bungee jumping. He also earned his pilot’s license and flew for fun.

     Dr. Sean Sutton is committed to providing beautiful and healthy smiles to all of the patients he treats. He understands the value of doctor-patient communication and prides himself on addressing his patient’s concerns, while relaying his objective findings and offering knowledgeable treatment options. Dr. Sutton firmly believes that oral health is an integral part of overall health, and works with specialists in all fields of medicine to provide his patients with the best care available.

       Dr. Sean Sutton was born and raised in Greenwich, CT, where he saw, first-hand, the impact his father makes in the community through patient care and community outreach programs. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies where received his B.S. in Neuroscience. He was a 2 year captain of Michigan’s Division 1 varsity lacrosse team, while keeping his studies and dream of becoming a doctor at the forefront. 

       Following in his father’s footsteps, Dr. Sean Sutton attended the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors. There, he learned from the top minds in the fields of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, while taking advantage of the school’s world- renowned research programs and state-of- the-art dental technology. He completed his hospital residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital, were he received extensive training in cosmetics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and pediatrics. His intensive experience in hospital dentistry has given him the knowledge base to safely treat medically complex patients, while understanding the importance of working as a team within the health care community.

     Dr. Sutton has received extensive post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry. He graduated from the Rosenthal Institute for Aesthetic Advantage held at his alma mater, NYU. He stays involved with the American Academy of Clear Aligner community and actively participates in continuing education in Invisalign therapy and laser dentistry.

     Dr. Mark Sutton has been treating a loyal patient base at Greenwich Dentistry for over 30 years. He is committed to providing top-notch dental care while making his patient’s feel confident and comfortable. After serving as Robin Williams’s stunt double in “World According to Garp,” and appearing in films like “Splash” and “Ghost Busters,” he realized he would rather fix teeth than break them. Dr. Sutton did his post graduate dental training at New Rochelle Medical Center after which he moved to Greenwich to raise his family.
