Dr. Nowicki is a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Toledo. After graduating, she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating in the top 5% of her class.
