Dr. Franzetti received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1987. He then completed his specialty training in Periodontics and Oral Diagnosis at Farleigh Dickinson University in 1990. Dr. Franzetti then served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Periodontics at New York University, School of Dentistry from 1991-1999.
Born and raised in Brooklyn and now residing in Manhattan, Dr. Franzetti initially worked alongside his father, Dr. Joseph Franzetti, in his practice at One Hanson Place.
Dr. Franzetti then opened his Manhattan practice in 1994, now located on East 61th St at Park Avenue to serve his growing patient base in Manhattan.

Board certified in general dentistry, Dr. SPA attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Kenneth L. Allen, DDS, MBA is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx. Besides offering expert dental care to his patients at Allen and Schwarz Dental in Central Park South, New York, he is a highly respected lecturer, writer, and educator.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Dr. Allen proceeded to dental school, earning his doctor of dental surgery degree at New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. Later in his career, Dr. Allen continued his comprehensive education, receiving a master of business administration from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey.
As a Clinical Professor and Vice Chair of the Cariology and Comprehensive Care department at NYU’s College of Dentistry, Dr. Allen teaches dental students, conducts clinical and educational research, presents lectures around the world, and publishes articles and manuscripts related to his work.
He also helped institute the College of Dentistry’s innovative Selective in Teaching Skills program, which allows first-year and third-year dental students to work closely together in their preclinical courses.

Evan B. Schwarz, MS, DMD is a prosthodontist at Allen and Schwarz Dental in Central Park South, New York. He specializes in repairing serious or extensive dental problems, helping his patients feel confident and comfortable enough to talk, eat, laugh, and smile again. Dr. Marissa Obiedzinski is a skilled general dentist with experience in many phases of dentistry, including periodontics, operative, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and more. This allows patients to see her for comprehensive treatment planning with one doctor in an organized and efficient setting.
Dr. Obiedzinski understands that dentistry can be a stressful experience, so she focuses on building positive rapport with her patients by fully explaining everything she does and the reasoning behind it. Dr. Obiedzinski began her involvement in dentistry in high school, where she worked as a dental assistant. Cheng H. Tai, DDS, of Cheng H. Tai, DDS, MS, PC, New York City, came to the United States from his native Taiwan to pursue his education. He earned a Master's degree in Material Science from New York University while concurrently studying at the school’s University of Dentistry, where he earned his dental doctorate degree and specialty certificate in prosthodontics. After serving as a clinical assistant professor at NYU for four years, Dr. Tai began a private practice in 1992, which continues to operate from its Midtown Manhattan location at the corner of Madison Avenue and 57th Street.
Dr. Tai views dentistry as a fine art, requiring knowledge, skill, and patience to perform at the highest levels. He breathes this passion into his work and, with his prosthodontics training, applies an artistic touch to make every cosmetic procedure as natural as possible. Dr. Tai personally cares for every patient who comes through his door.
Dr. Tai lives with his wife Jen-Hui and their two boys; Jen-Hui works as the practice’s office manager. When he's not at the office, Dr. Tai enjoys jogging, traveling, and visiting local museums.
