Bioengineering from University of Maryland, College Park. He then went to University of
Maryland School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

After finishing dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Evanston Hospital in Illinois. During this time, Dr. Rollor refined his skills and gained further experience in treatment especially in managing medically compromised patients.
