Sliding Fee Scale
LaSante Health Center provides quality medical and dental services to everyone, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and various commercial insurance plans. Insured and uninsured patients may be eligible for discounted rates on a sliding fee scale, based on annual income and family size. Staff are available to assist patients in determining eligibility for participating in the sliding fee scale discount program. Most importantly, no one is denied care due to lack of insurance or inability to pay for services.

Manuela Krahn, DMD, is a leading provider of dental services at Revitta, located in the Upper East Side of New York City in Manhattan and Brooklyn, near Brighton Beach and Manhattan Beach.
