Dr. Connor received her BSN in 2001 at the Marquette University School of Nursing. She was an emergency room nurse at Aurora Sinai Medical Center for 3 years before attending the Marquette University School of Dentistry to receive her DDS degree in 2008. She completed a post-graduate residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Her background as a nurse motivated her to seek an area of dentistry where she could use her wide variety of skills and clinical experience to better serve her community. She have been collaborating with physicians to treat patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea using oral appliance therapy since 2014.
Dr. Pore is a recent addition to our team. She is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a graduate of Tufts University School Of Dental Medicine in Boston. Post her graduation from Tufts, she went on to finish her residency at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria and practiced general dentistry in a private practice in the Peoria area for 8 years.
She moved back to the northern suburbs of Chicago to be closer to family, and currently practices out of our Illinois and Wisconsin offices.
She likes to spend her free time with family and friends, and enjoys swimming, travelling and watching tennis. She is excited to be a part of our practice and hopes you will make her a part of your dental team.

Dr. Danielewicz earned his dental degree at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles California in 1994. Dr. Danielewicz served as a dental officer while on active duty in the US Navy before launching his private practice in 1997. He later returned to the Navy Reserves and later transferred to the Air Force with the Wisconsin Air National Guard in Milwaukee Wisconsin
Today, Dr. Danielewicz maintains his 3 dental offices between Wisconsin and Illinois. He has served as both a full time and part-time faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois.
When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Danielewicz loves to spend time with his wife, Stacie, their three children, family pets and their grandchildren. He’s an outdoor enthusiast, who loves to spend time on the water or in the snow, discovering new places. He also enjoys traveling the world, exploring new places.
