Dr. Marsheh earned his first Dental Degree overseas, and practiced in underserved areas for 2 years focusing on Endodontic treatment before he moved to the United States. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry, and earned his specialty degree in Endodontics in 2009 from Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. 

Dr. Marsheh practiced General Dentistry for 1 year before entering the Endodontic Program to experience complete patient care. He has provided endodontic therapy to many patients. While completing his specialty training, Dr. Marsheh conducted research at New York University focusing on “Anxiety toward Endodontic Treatment”.

Dr. Joel Caraballo graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico where he served as President of the American Student Dental Association.  Upon graduating from this prestigious University he moved to New York City. Dr. Caraballo was accepted to and completed a two year General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. It was at Montefiore that Dr. Caraballo gained a lot of his hands on experience since he was exposed to a wide extent of patients with complex medical conditions. His residency prepared well and he quickly became one of the primary dentist to call when needing to treat medically compromised patients.

Dr. Caraballo was quickly promoted to Chief Resident Dr. Caraballo where he received extensive training in all disciplines of dentistry including restorative & cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, crown & bridge, dental implants,root canal therapy and Invisalign orthodontics.

After completing his residency Dr. Caraballo has expanded his knowledge in dentistry by participating in continuing education on important fields of dentistry including Anterior Esthetic Restorations, TMD, Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Implantology.

Dr. Walter Kostrzewski, otherwise known as “Dr. K”,  graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1992.  In 1993 he completed a General Practice Residency at University Hospital in Stony Brook, NY,  with an emphasis on treating the medically compromised patient, dental trauma, sedation and treating the fearful dental patient.  Since then he has had completed many hundred hours of CE.  Dr K is also earned a BS degree in Biology from Villanova University.

Dr K was a "Sustaining" member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry from 2002-2007.

And in 2003 was listed in “New York Magazine” as one of the New York area’s best cosmetic dentists

He is also a member of ADA, DOCS, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics

The Smile Designer

Dr. Walter Kostrzewski graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1992 and went on to continue his studies at University Hospital at Stony Brook, which placed an emphasis on treating the medically compromised and FEARFUL patients.  “Dr. K,” as his patients and colleagues know him, continued to quench his thirst for dental education and has satisfied hundreds of hours of continuing education. In 2000 and 2001, Dr. K completed the entire continuum at PAC-Live, the nation’s premiere, hands-on live patient continuing education program. He is a Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (IADFE), a select of group of individuals who are committed to the pursuit of excellence through continuing interdisciplinary education in the field of facial esthetics. Dr. K also achieved fellowship in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics (ACE), a highly regarded credentialing process designed to evaluate dental professionals who are committed to advanced learning, attention to detail, and clinical excellence.

The Teacher

Dr. K was a clinical instructor at the prestigious Hornbrook Group in Chicago, where he trained other dentists in cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. In addition to his affiliation with the Hornbrook Group, Dr. K speaks nationally in front of his peers, has published numerous articles featured in dental journals such as DentalTown, The Crown Council and the Dental Leader. Dr. K also consults and teaches  with major dental manufacturers, as well as dental laboratories who all value his extensive knowledge of the dental industry.

The Coach

Also known as “Coach K”, he has a flair for creating passionate teams! In 2000, “Coach K” founded “The Winning Dentist,” a team of consultants to help others develop passionate teams, functional work systems, and provide motivation and congruent marketing. In addition to his numerous published articles, Coach K recently authored a resource manual “Creating Passionate Aesthetic Dental Teams.” This publication is designed to aid dentists, office managers and their counterparts how to create their own winning team. His forthcoming book "Leading and Developing the Ultimate TEAM" will be available in the Spring of 2018.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr K  is an avid skier and golfer, depending on the season, and a hockey player  and coach. Despite playing for 40 years now, including college hockey in the ECAC/S while at Villanova, he has yet to lose a tooth!  Dr K has three boys Luke, Alex and Aiden. Happily Married to Kristen. They play golf together regularly.  In the winter months, they ski and work out together, and are learning ballroom dance.

Andrew Woo, DDS, is a caring and devoted dentist specializing in cosmetic dentistry at Hartsdale Dental Care in Hartsdale, New York. Dr. Woo is committed to helping his patients improve their oral health and achieve more beautiful smiles. He is multilingual, speaking both English and Korean.

He attended the University of Minnesota to earn his medical degree.

As a board-certified dental sleep specialist, Robert B. Garelick, DDS, provides safe and effective treatment for sleep apnea, snoring, and other sleep breathing disorders at Chase Dental Sleepcare. In Dr. Garelick's Spare time he enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family. He recently welcomed his first grandchild. 

Gennadiy Kravets, DMD, is a skilled general dentist with over 15 years of experience treating complex dental issues. He currently leads the team at All Bright Dental, serving patients in Mamaroneck, New York, and Stamford, Connecticut.

Dr. Kravets completed his education in dentistry at the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He has also completed postdoctoral training in endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Patricia Pasnikowska, DMD, is an experienced cosmetic dentist at HP Dentistry PC in Mamaroneck, New York. Born in Poland, Dr. Pasnikowska moved to White Plains, New York, at a young age, and she is excited to be back practicing in the Westchester area.

While growing up, Dr. Pasnikowska was surrounded by the world of medicine, which strongly influenced her desire to pursue a career in dentistry. After graduating from Haverford College in Pennsylvania, Dr. Pasnikowska worked in the financial sector in New York City.

While she enjoyed this time of her life, her passion for medicine could not be ignored. She volunteered at a dental clinic in her free time, and this is where her love of dentistry began. Dr. Pasnikowska then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2007.

Staying up-to-date on the newest dental techniques and developments in the dental field is extremely important to Dr. Pasnikowska. She stays active in her professional organizations and attends numerous continuing education courses to ensure she is always providing her patients with the highest quality care possible. In her free time, Dr. Pasnikowska enjoys traveling and working out. She is currently training for a half-iron-man marathon with the help of her dog, Abby.

Hinna Chaudhry, DMD, provides expert general and cosmetic dentistry services to patients at Ardsley Dental Spa, located in Ardsley, New York. She is highly attentive to detail, and aims to bring a spa-like level of calm to all her patients.

Dr. Chaudhry knew at a very early age that she wanted to be a dentist. Her childhood dentist and orthodontist introduced her to the field, and it immediately captured her attention. Dr. Chaudhry maintains memberships with a plethora of dental and non-dental organizations. She has also been trained to help patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea who are unable to tolerate their CPAP. In addition to being passionate about dentistry, Dr. Chaudhry is even more passionate about helping others and giving back to the community. Dr. Sever has been proudly serving Westchester families since 2014. He received his undergraduate education at Fordham University in the Bronx, and his dental education at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in Long Island. He then returned to the Bronx to complete his General Practice Residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was honored to be bestowed the Dr. DM Silane Resident of the Year Award at graduation. Dr. Sever has further advanced his training in restorative and esthetic dentistry at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, where he has completed their Essentials Curriculum, and is currently working his way through their Masters Series. Outside of his own practice, Dr. Sever is on staff as an attending dentist at his former residency, where he helps train the next generation of dentists, as well as helps oversee full-mouth dental rehabilitation cases of the community's special needs population in the operating room.  

In his spare time, Dr. Sever enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, traveling, and playing with his dog.

Shahin Ghobadi, DMD, is a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Ghobadi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He brings more than 15 years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, implants, grafting, and sedation dentistry to patients in Mamaroneck, New York, and throughout Westchester County.

Dr. Daniela Hijazin was born and raised in the Bronx and attended Fordham University and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1996. She went on to complete her general practice residency from Montefiore/Jacobi Medical Center.
