Alicia Schraner, DDS, was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, then moved to New York City to attend college. New York is where you’ll still find her today, practicing general and cosmetic dentistry at Yonkers Dental Arts in Yonkers, just north of New York City in Westchester County.

Dr. Schraner attended New York University for her undergraduate studies in biology, then remained at NYU for dental school. While in dental school, she worked at NYU’s Dental Faculty Practice, a progressive dental center that offers comprehensive dental services from a large team of dentists, endodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental professionals from NYU’s College of Dentistry. She was also involved with NYU’s dental outreach programs and awarded honors in aesthetic dentistry.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Schraner completed her general dentistry residency at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she treated children, adults, and special-needs patients.

To keep up with the latest dental technology and advancements, Dr. Schraner regularly attends continuing education courses. She’s also an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Sever has been proudly serving Westchester families since 2014. He received his undergraduate education at Fordham University in the Bronx, and his dental education at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in Long Island. He then returned to the Bronx to complete his General Practice Residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was honored to be bestowed the Dr. DM Silane Resident of the Year Award at graduation. Dr. Sever has further advanced his training in restorative and esthetic dentistry at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, where he has completed their Essentials Curriculum, and is currently working his way through their Masters Series. Outside of his own practice, Dr. Sever is on staff as an attending dentist at his former residency, where he helps train the next generation of dentists, as well as helps oversee full-mouth dental rehabilitation cases of the community's special needs population in the operating room.  

In his spare time, Dr. Sever enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, traveling, and playing with his dog.

Hinna Chaudhry, DMD, provides expert general and cosmetic dentistry services to patients at Ardsley Dental Spa, located in Ardsley, New York. She is highly attentive to detail, and aims to bring a spa-like level of calm to all her patients.

Dr. Chaudhry knew at a very early age that she wanted to be a dentist. Her childhood dentist and orthodontist introduced her to the field, and it immediately captured her attention. This determination is something that still motivates Dr. Chaudhry's practice and everyday life. She is always striving to do more, learn more, and help more.

Meet Dr. Malkis

Avi Malkis at Larchmont Family Dental brightens smiles in Larchmont and Westchester County, providing comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. After completing undergraduate coursework at Brooklyn College, Dr. Malkis attended the New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) to obtain his doctor of dental surgery.

While at NYU, he was given an award for Most Outstanding Senior Dental Student by the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, completed academic research on the subject of bleeding complications under Dr. Michael Turner, and earned academic honors in both head and neck anatomy and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Malkis received “Most Outstanding Student with a focus on Oral Surgery" honors and graduated in the top 10% of his class in 2010. While at NYUCD, Dr. Malkis did humanitarian work by providing underserved people in Nicaragua with dental care.

In addition to his work as a dentist, Dr. Malkis has broad experience in teaching and research. He spent a year as a tutor for first-year dental students in the Head and Neck Anatomy course at NYUCD, and also as a teaching assistant for first-year dental students in the General Dentistry Simulation I Clinic. In his free time, Dr. Malkis stays fit by running, weight lifting, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.

Patricia Pasnikowska, DMD, is an experienced cosmetic dentist at HP Dentistry PC in Mamaroneck, New York. Born in Poland, Dr. Pasnikowska moved to White Plains, New York, at a young age, and she is excited to be back practicing in the Westchester area.

While growing up, Dr. Pasnikowska was surrounded by the world of medicine, which strongly influenced her desire to pursue a career in dentistry. After graduating from Haverford College in Pennsylvania, Dr. Pasnikowska worked in the financial sector in New York City.

While she enjoyed this time of her life, her passion for medicine could not be ignored. She volunteered at a dental clinic in her free time, and this is where her love of dentistry began. Dr. Pasnikowska then earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2007.

Staying up-to-date on the newest dental techniques and developments in the dental field is extremely important to Dr. Pasnikowska. She stays active in her professional organizations and attends numerous continuing education courses to ensure she is always providing her patients with the highest quality care possible. In her free time, Dr. Pasnikowska enjoys traveling and working out. She is currently training for a half-iron-man marathon with the help of her dog, Abby.

Gennadiy Kravets, DMD, is a skilled general dentist with over 15 years of experience treating complex dental issues. He currently leads the team at All Bright Dental, serving patients in Mamaroneck, New York, and Stamford, Connecticut.

Dr. Kravets completed his education in dentistry at the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Shahin Ghobadi, DMD, is a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Ghobadi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Joel Caraballo graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico where he served as President of the American Student Dental Association.  Upon graduating from this prestigious University he moved to New York City. Dr. Caraballo was accepted to and completed a two year General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. It was at Montefiore that Dr. Caraballo gained a lot of his hands on experience since he was exposed to a wide extent of patients with complex medical conditions. His residency prepared well and he quickly became one of the primary dentist to call when needing to treat medically compromised patients.

Dr. Caraballo was quickly promoted to Chief Resident Dr. Caraballo where he received extensive training in all disciplines of dentistry including restorative & cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, crown & bridge, dental implants,root canal therapy and Invisalign orthodontics.
