“This has been a problem before and there is always an issue since this location came under new management about 2-3 years ago. They didn't send me a reminder for my bi-yearly checkup and cleaning and I had to schedule again, so I scheduled for 1pm and they confirmed at least 5 times via phone, text, and email. Once I arrived they said that's weird, because 1pm is when everyone is on lunch. They rescheduled me for 2pm, so I left and came back before 2pm to a room full of patients, all of which were taken ahead of me. I was then called in to sit in a dentist chair, where I sat for another 45 minutes to "wait for the x-ray" machine. I don't know why but the receptionist is rude and everyone acts as if I am the one being unreasonable or irrational when they are incompetant and I was made to be inconvenienced due to their inability to schedule correctly (oncd I arrived they said the system had me schduled for 5pm?!). I left after 2 hours wasted and still not seen for what should have been a simple and routine cleaning, with much more time wasted than should have been, and I am forced to find a new dentist. I hope they close soon and find new management as this location is convenient for me and my only reason for attempting the aforementioned appointment.”

Adam Nusblatt, DMD, is an experienced dentist in New York City with a passion for creating healthy and beautiful smiles. At Nusblatt Dental in the East Village of Manhattan, Dr. Nusblatt performs a variety of restorative and cosmetic services, including dental implants, crowns and bridges, Invisalign®, and root canal therapy.
Dr. Nusblatt received his bachelor’s degree in anthropology and human biology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After earning his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry, Dr. Nusblatt completed his general practice residency at New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital. Today, he is an attending dentist at Mount Sinai.
With nearly ten years of professional experience, Dr. Nusblatt is committed to continuing his education whenever possible.
